Staff was outstanding. There was a kitchen available for cooking. Room was excellent. There was a little issue with shower drains but rest all was very good. Air conditioner was effective.

Best homestay in Canggu ever. Very clean and looks modern. The staff made our stay so comfortable and amazing.

A bit inside from the street. But Bali driver is the best, they can open a road by their own. Haha. The stay is worthy for the price. There's a pool. Outside of hotel is paddyfield. Staff is attentive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Frangipani! The location was perfect, very close to a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops, but far enough so that you don’t have all the noise etc. The pool was also very nice and perfect to cool down after a long day. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. There also is a small kitchen you can use. Would definitely recommend this place!

Disgusting hotel! And rude staff. We booked a room called Deluxe, a nauseating smell emanated from the room, we found insects, hair, stains on the duvet and cushion, the room was dirty, the shower filled with limescale and a musty smell in the bathroom. In addition, the air conditioning does not even work properly, and a foul smell came out of the air conditioning. Mosquitoes can pass between the doors and there is no mosquito net inside. Not to mention the rental of the scooter which did not hold the road at all, a real danger even for someone who has a scooter license. I have been to Bali 3 times and I know what to expect regarding cheap hotels, but this was horrible so really take this comment into account and do not book in this hotel. I hope @Trip.com will do what is necessary to remove this hotel from their list as it gives a bad impression and is false advertising on the part of Frangipani.

Great place, there are some nuances, but for the money it's a great place, there is always hot water, the guys did everything we asked, they cleaned every day, the quality of cleaning suffers of course, but for Asia it is very clean I really liked the common area with a swimming pool and lots of greenery on the territory

For the money it's quite ok. The staff is nice, the pool is clean, the area is well-kept. The toilet smelled like sewage, but not critical.
