Superb for Istanbul stay. Love this hotel , clean , quiet and nice location. Staff here is the best.

First of all, the service was very good. We arrived a little early and were checked in early. The room itself was average, and the air felt a little dirty. It was still the same after staying for two days. But the location is really good, just a few minutes to Taksim Square and close to the bus pick-up and drop-off point to the airport. Considering the breakfast and location, the price is just okay.

1. The front desk has a very bad attitude. Every time I pass by the front desk, I get a roll of my eyes and no greeting. 2. I was told that I needed a new hotel reservation order to store my luggage, otherwise I would not store it. 3. The invoice was more than a week old, and I had to ask Ctrip customer service to send it out at the same time. 4. The sound insulation is very poor. I had to wear earplugs every day during my stay, otherwise I would be woken up by the motorcycle gangs in the corridor and downstairs.

The room is relatively clean, the breakfast is not bad, there are many kinds and they are delicious, the omelette is very good, the service attitude of the front desk and room staff is also very good, it is also close to the subway, the room has a good view, Merry Christmas

The room was clean and felt quite big (but it was useless to me). The location was also good. It took about 5 minutes to walk to Taksim Square. There was no need to cross the main road. There was only a narrow intersection. When I checked out, they stopped me for about 3 minutes to check the minibar. It was a bit uncomfortable. If you don't trust me, then you can just empty the minibar. People who can stay in a hotel for 300-400 RMB will not steal a bottle of drink from you, but my attitude was a bit radical at the time and I questioned it angrily.

I had no problems in terms of accommodation, cleanliness and location. It was just something that bothered me a lot and made my opinion of the accommodation negative. The subject is as follows; As the reception service, you send your taxi request to them. Normally, the receptionist calls a taxi for you from the taxi stand, and this is not a service with an extra fee. I went from the hotel to the airport by taxi. When we arrived at the airport, the driver said that I would pay 750 TL, even though the taximeter said 630 TL. When I asked the reason, he insisted that he gave a commission to the receptionist and that I was obliged to pay this fee. When I saw that there would be unpleasant situations if I did not pay, I paid more than the taximeter. In other words, Mr. Muhammet and his other employees working at the reception have become a company within the company. That's why I don't think I'll stay at this hotel again and I don't recommend it. No matter how clean and tidy the hotel is, anything can happen to you when so much deceit comes into play. There is no need to be embarrassed with your money...
