We had a great time for our one night stay at hotel with family. Hospitality was amazing, hotel staff were speaking English and were taking care of us specially. We also got an update in hotel room with lake view. Rooms were clean, washrooms were hygienic. Highly recommended 👍

An acquaintance told me that it was okay after visiting this hotel, so I made a reservation all of a sudden. I was worried because I was not good at Chinese, but thanks to the staff named Anna, I had a lot of experience. Anna guided me in detail, which allowed my children to have a good time. I would like to visit again next time and take a rest. Thanks Anna~~^^

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Ms. Nancy Su, Assistant Front Office Manager at your hotel, during my stay on July 17, 2025. As an owner of an electric vehicle from Hong Kong, I required specific slow-charging facilities and faced unexpected challenges during my visit. Ms. Su not only efficiently resolved this critical need but also personally escorted me to the golf course charging station, going above and beyond her standard duties. She turned what could have been a travel disruption into an unforgettable demonstration of hospitality.

Very nice scenery around the hotel. Arabian theme which we dont get much of down in Guangdong. The breakfast was ok. Buffet dinner was ok. But the best meal was in the Chinese Restaurant overlooking the lake.

We spent 3 nights with kids. Check-in: very smooth and easy. English speaking stuff Anna Zhang was very helpful and gave us an orientation tour. She also added our WeChat so we can contact for any issues. Thumbs up! Rooms: Large and balcony viewing the lake. We are two adults and 3 kids we needed 2 rooms with 2 beds each. Activities: Evening activities were fun. The hotels provides vouchers for some activities for free. Some need a fee which are quite expensive. Like boating on the lake or bicycle. Gym: well equipped for an hotel gym. Smith machine and up to 50 lbs dumbbells. Kids club and playground: All was good. Clean and we'll maintained. I didn't used the restaurants or had breakfast include so can't rate that. Overall good experience

Excellent room and hotel layout. Vire was wonderful and a fair price for a room over new years with a good view and good space. Pool was nice and staff there were good. SPA services were labeled as closed permanently which was disappointing. The food (buffet) in the Bene restaurant was poor. It was buffet only, which is quite expensive, and the options were limited, with most food left there for a long time so it was cold. Very poor food options. We asked the hotel how to plan our journey to the golf course, they said a cart would take us. In the morning when we asked, there were no carts and we were told to order a taxi. Eventually we were lucky that other golfers were returning and we went on the cart that dropped them off, we were late for our tee time as a result. Not a good experience, but it was saved by the quality of the room.

The hotel is in a great location and is very beautiful. That being said the hotel is more of a resort for children. The service was not good. The bedding wasn’t changed, and the room service was exceptionally slow.

Great location, a really pleasant, spacious and clean room with a marvelous view on the lake. But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff, especially Lynn, Luna and Dylan. They are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. As for food, breakfast was excellent (Chinese+Western cuisine).

Overall a pleasant stay. However, the management should pay attention to the quality of food at the Western Restaurant. Borderline unacceptable!

The staff were mazing right from the porters, the front desk young man Casper, received us and enlightened us on how to get about, one of the managers Fancy Su ensured we started off nicely. The environment was full of where to go which we couldn’t complete and have to return to continue. Thanks to all of you who made our stay comfortable.
