My stay at MGM was amazing, from start to finish. I came for one night as a treat to myself. Tina from the front desk was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed the variety of food they offered. The staff are friendly and caring. The pool is absolutely stunning and I just so while visiting. The whole hotel was beautiful and I loved my stay here. Will be coming back for sure with friends.

The location is good, which is in the laoshan district, half an hour driving from qingdao north railway station. Took the whole family to the polar ocean park. By the way, the ocean park is a must visit. We can see both the polar bear and the penguins, as well as the dolphin/ whale/ seal performance. Cleaning service is satisfactory. Thanks to “张冬梅” who provided high standard service and gave us extra drinks. We request kids slippers on the first night and then the second day we found out both kids slippers and tooth brush are in the room. Very proactive

The location of the hotel is super convenient, close to everything, just one step from the subway station, and there are many delicious foods around. It is a very good value choice. The baby likes the small tent in the parent-child room very much. There are also bed fences and small toilets. However, a small suggestion is that the parent-child room should be equipped with baby footrests, otherwise it is a bit inconvenient for the baby to wash his hands. Wang Yaxue and Liu Hongyan at the front desk provided good service. I felt at home after staying for a few days.

Staying here for 3 nights. it is very convenient that it's above the metro station and beside shopping mall. The room conditions are normal and the most impressed is the front desk personnel 彬彬. His service and kindness of changing our room from 6th.flr to 10th.flr on the 2nd. day after we found that the first night was very noisy because the room facing highway. Breakfast was not as good as described by some reviews. Overall is just fine to stay because of it it's location.

The guest room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was flawless – crisp white linens, a bathroom with a separate wet/dry area completely free of water stains, and not a speck of dust even in the corners. What truly stood out was the incredibly comfortable mattress and the variety of pillows, which ensured I had a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The room was also equipped with a smart control system (e.g., voice-activated lighting and curtains), perfectly blending technology with user-friendliness. 🍽️ Dining & Facilities: Abundant and Convenient! The breakfast spread was extensive, offering everything from Western and Chinese options to local specialties. The restaurant had an elegant ambiance with great views, truly providing a feast for both the palate and the eyes. The hotel also boasts a 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities, which are incredibly convenient for business travelers. 💝 Service: A Truly Homely Warmth! What impressed me most was the hotel's exceptionally warm service. On my second day, I unexpectedly caught a cold, and the housekeeping staff noticed, proactively bringing ginger tea and cold medicine to my room. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave us local specialty snacks as a thoughtful farewell gift. This kind of above-and-beyond care truly touched me. 📍 Location & Transport: Extremely Convenient! The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of several attractions and subway stations. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. In summary, this stay completely exceeded my expectations and offered excellent value for money! Without hesitation, I've added XX Hotel to my 'must-stay-again' list, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is next to the Shilaoren Beach, an ideal place for catching fish and watching the sunrise, as well as a good place for a relaxing vacation. It is only a few minutes' walk from the subway and convenient to other attractions. The hotel has a beautiful environment and a unique and tasteful design. The sea view rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped and have unparalleled sea views. You can watch the sunrise without leaving the room, which is really enjoyable. The breakfast food is rich and varied, delicious, and the unique seafood porridge and noodles with Qingdao characteristics are surprising. Special praise should be given to the staff in various positions for their high professionalism and their initiative in serving the guests. Many times when we looked up in the lobby, corridor or restaurant, there were staff members who took the initiative to ask if there was anything they could help with. Their attitude was warm and considerate.

The hotel is new and well-equipped. The oak-scented bath products are my favorite. The location is convenient, with a large shopping mall nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is quite generous. The front desk assistant, Xiao Qi, is very helpful, proactively adding guests on WeChat and proactively addressing their needs. This is a relatively good value business hotel during the current tourist season.

Fairly pleasant stay. Short walk to the metro and beach. A few restaurants and a mall around the area. Staff were friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily. Beds were comfortable and noise outside the room was minimal. The rooms use central heating but it was a comfortable temperature. My only issue was the view from the room. It was just a view of the building's roof and a few skyscrapers in the distance.

Service: From the front desk to the cleaning aunt are very enthusiastic, upgraded the mountain view room, the scenery is good Hygienic: Very clean, I will read the bad reviews in the comment area first. If there is a direct pass that is not good for hygiene, it turns out that there is no wrong choice. I live on the 8th floor. The cleaning aunt will come to clean up carefully every morning. Environment: The overall environment is good, that is, there is an uphill road to the subway station, and the walk is a bit tired. It is recommended to take a taxi. Would recommend to friends.

Location: The surrounding area is pleasant and relatively quiet. A major plus is its convenient location, just two subway stops from Shilaoren Beach. Service: The front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. All staff members were very considerate of guests' needs, always ready to assist and promptly resolve any issues.
