Staying here for 3 nights. it is very convenient that it's above the metro station and beside shopping mall. The room conditions are normal and the most impressed is the front desk personnel 彬彬. His service and kindness of changing our room from 6th.flr to 10th.flr on the 2nd. day after we found that the first night was very noisy because the room facing highway. Breakfast was not as good as described by some reviews. Overall is just fine to stay because of it it's location.

The location of this hotel might be convenient for business travelers, but it’s not ideal for tourists. I found myself having to take taxis everywhere, though fortunately, they’re inexpensive in Qingdao. The rooms are spacious and generally clean, with a comfortable bed, but the bathroom felt a bit outdated. Breakfast was just average, nothing to get excited about. Although the hotel is listed as 5 stars, it felt more like a 4-star experience. All the rooms face the streets, which can be noisy – I had to switch rooms because of this. However, my second room was a bit quieter. The staff were all very kind, especially the cleaning ladies who were always smiling and helpful. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but I probably wouldn’t choose this

Overall it's pretty good, with convenient transportation and complete facilities nearby. It was a bit difficult to park at the door, and it hit the pillars. The car was blocked in the parking space. When I asked a guy at the front desk, he said he didn't know, and he didn't help to find or contact him. He didn't even know if he was blocking the entrance of the hotel.

Fairly pleasant stay. Short walk to the metro and beach. A few restaurants and a mall around the area. Staff were friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily. Beds were comfortable and noise outside the room was minimal. The rooms use central heating but it was a comfortable temperature. My only issue was the view from the room. It was just a view of the building's roof and a few skyscrapers in the distance.

We came here for a drink! We chose this hotel because it's within walking distance of the Laoshan Beer Festival venue. The room was clean and tidy. I particularly appreciated the smart toilet. The shower had ample water. While we didn't have a shaving kit, the hair dryer was powerful and easy to use. The bed had five outlets on either side, including a convenient USB port. The mattress had a moderate firmness, though personal preference depends on the room. Parking is available directly at the entrance, but it's limited. There was an odor in the bathroom and washroom. After I reported it to the hotel, they took it very seriously and quickly provided two remedial solutions, which I highly recommend.

Staying here for a night with a deluxe room at 20th.floor where there's a slight corner sea view. love it!. The only downside is the wooden floor is a bit dusty. food served for the celebrity buffet and morning breakfast are delicious and lots of varieties. Overall is a pleasant stay at MGM Qingdao. will definitely be my priority choice for next visit to Qingdao.

The TV is easy to operate and watch, and the screen is large. It can be wirelessly projected. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the drainage is fast, the hot water is sufficient, and the hygiene is OK. The quality of toiletries is relatively good, and the hand soap and shower gel are quite satisfactory. They have a cleaning effect, are not dry or greasy, which is better than many hotels. Some small details are done very well, such as the wireless chargers at the bedside and desk, and the mobile phone can be charged directly when it is placed on it. The drinks and snacks in the small refrigerator in the room are free, which is better than many hotels. There is a free coffee bar and a reading area in the lobby. There is a special self-service late-night porridge. If you come back late from drinking and eating, you can drink some porridge, which is very good. Breakfast can be packed, and laundry can be delivered for free, which is a good service. There are also some places where the experience is not so good. The bath towel is relatively hard overall, not soft and comfortable. The water from the shower is not soft and fine enough, and the nozzle is a cheap plastic nozzle. In fact, it doesn't cost much to change a better shower head, but the experience will be much better. The shower head is worse than the all-season one. The soundproofing of the room is average. There are loud voices and other noises in the corridor at night, which can be heard clearly. In addition, the unsatisfactory part is that the staff repeatedly urged for five-star reviews. They didn't ask the guests whether they were satisfied with their stay or whether they had any suggestions for improvement. They just wanted good reviews to complete the task. Customers are not obliged to cooperate, okay? Moreover, reviews should be objective and true, and they are only valuable for others to refer to. If there are no distinctions in good reviews, what is the point of reviews? The hotel will have no motivation to improve. Breakfast is up to the standard, steamed corn and sweet potatoes are delicious, there are more dishes, but there are no common steamed buns and steamed buns, which I hope to improve.
