The second time I stayed here, next to Huashi Tower in Badaguan Scenic Area, it is suitable for families with the elderly. Some buildings do not have elevators, and the restaurant is convenient for eating, but the taste and variety are limited.

The room was impeccable, featuring a stunning floor-to-ceiling window with panoramic sea views, a spacious and impeccably clean king-size bed, breathtaking scenery, and a captivating light show at night. The sumptuous breakfast and afternoon tea were truly delightful, and the fruit platter was a particular highlight for my wife. The convenient car service, the manager's dedication and professionalism, and the doormen's thoughtful and attentive service all contributed to an exceptional stay. A huge thank you to all the staff for their exceptional efforts; Haitian truly lives up to its reputation as a 'super five-star' hotel. Beautiful Qingdao, and the grand, luxurious Haitian left us with unforgettable memories and made us long to stay longer. We wish Haitian Hotel continued prosperity and even greater success! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Pros: The hotel's location is fantastic – easily walkable from Qingdao Railway Station and directly adjacent to a vibrant pedestrian street with endless shopping and dining options. While the entrance is modest, the hotel houses a good number of rooms. We booked a twin room (one larger, one standard bed), and the complimentary toiletries were of decent quality. Service was pleasant, and breakfast offered a good selection. Breakfast is served at the dumpling restaurant next door, where we also had a delicious, value-for-money lunch – highly recommended!
Cons: However, the room was quite small (think budget hotels like Home Inn). The bathroom was also cramped and felt like an afterthought, with an exceptionally loud toilet flush. You'll struggle to fully open even a 20-inch suitcase.

The room was spotless and well-equipped, featuring a charming retro-style courtyard design. Most importantly, it's located right on Shangjieli Pedestrian Street, which I consider Qingdao's best spot for photos, shopping, and soaking in the local vibe (Yinyu Lane is close but doesn't compare). As soon as you step out, you're surrounded by various small shops, so you'll have no trouble finding food, drinks, or entertainment. Don't bother booking breakfast with your room; there are plenty of breakfast options right across the street. You're also right on the famous Zhongshan Road. The Cathedral is just a short walk away, and if you head south for about 800 meters, you'll reach Zhanqiao Pier, perfect for playing in the sand by the sea. On your way back, a seafood meal at '1937' is highly recommended and truly satisfying. The hotel also has a designated, very convenient parking lot, just about a 5-minute walk away. For day two, if you plan to drive to Badaguan, simply search for 'Badaguan Scenic Area Taipingjiao 1st Road Ground Parking Lot' for convenient parking. From there, you can walk along the coast directly to Huashi Lou (Flower Stone Building) and then explore the area's other attractions at your leisure.

The location is excellent, and as a standalone building, it offers a great environment. Our room on the 5th floor was very quiet. Most facilities have been updated and are in excellent condition. We appreciated that the floor drain had no odor and drained smoothly, and the shower offered strong, consistent water pressure. The towels were thoughtfully disinfected and sealed in plastic bags. Both the air conditioning and the Xiaomi air purifier operated silently. Breakfast was generous, and the staff were all very attentive and had excellent attitudes.
Minor drawbacks: The electric curtains couldn't be paused midway. The bathroom was quite small, and the mural above the toilet was unappealing. Furthermore, the bedside tables and desk surfaces were made of outdated, rather shabby plywood.

We stayed for two days. The hotel is very new, seemingly newly opened. The rooms are clean and spacious. The fire department is also very good, with gas masks, emergency flashlights, and clear escape route maps. The front desk lady was very friendly, and we were very satisfied on the first day. On the second day, my child called to ask for a few bottles of water, but was told they only had four. Upon inquiry, they said each room has a limit of eight bottles, meaning you can only order four more than the four provided daily. We booked two rooms for six people, and there was a limit on how many bottles we could ask for. Having traveled to so many cities and stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I've heard of paying for more than the free water. After spending over 2,000 yuan for two days, I couldn't afford a few bottles of water. The owner is so narrow-minded. How much water can you expect? Oh, and for such an expensive room, breakfast doesn't come with it. I tried breakfast, and it seems it's 48 yuan per set, and it's not a buffet. I hope this will be improved. The location is still very good, though. There's a bathhouse just across the street, and it's probably the closest hotel to the beach.

I came to Qingdao with my bestie to relax for three days. Manxi gave us a very good experience. First of all, the service staff was very good. Breakfast was delivered to the room on time. There were both Western and Chinese breakfasts. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and did not experience afternoon tea. Secondly, the accommodation environment was also very good, clean and quiet. The toiletries were byredo and the hair dryer was Dyson. Finally, it was unexpected that the photo effect of the retro villa was not bad~ps. It is very close to the check-in point of Qingdao Red Wall and can be reached on foot~

Facilities: The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The butler service was very attentive and thoughtful.
Hygiene: Spotlessly clean, the temperature was perfect, and there were no unpleasant odors. The soundproofing was also excellent.
Environment: The traffic getting here was incredibly congested, so I'd strongly advise against driving. A heads-up about peak times to avoid would have been really helpful.
Qinyu Road Instagrammable Couple's Afternoon Coffee & Cake:
Both the cake and coffee were of excellent quality, truly great from presentation to taste. However, the service attitude wasn't as good as what you'd find at a guesthouse. When verifying our room number, the staff quickly scanned one page and immediately claimed they couldn't find our booking, despite it being on the very next page. They came across as quite impatient and unprofessional.
Nevertheless, the ambiance and the food quality were excellent, and the breakfast was also delicious.

Location is very convenient indeed, with the metro almost at the door, a modern shopping mall and a supermarket across the road. Front office and hotel staffs are polite and responsive. Downside: aircon temperature cannot be set although there is a control panel in the room. Room is too cold and felt “damp”. The lighting in the bathroom is too dark. Difficult for makeup. Bath towel has holes. Coffee at breakfast is very bitter, the worst grade I have had in my four hotels stay in Shandong.

3320064****This hotel was recommended by a friend, but I didn't expect it to be fully booked during the off-season. The overall experience was very good. Angie, the front desk staff, was enthusiastic and professional, and the check-in was efficient and smooth. We arranged a room upgrade and tried to put two rooms on the same floor. The hotel staff was friendly and proactive in asking about our needs, which made us feel particularly warm and respected. The room facilities were comfortable, clean and cozy. The room we stayed in was spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and had a wide view. The breakfast was rich in variety, with fresh ingredients and delicious taste. Whether it was hot food, pastries, salads or fruits, it could meet different needs. The transportation was also very convenient, and it was easy to get to various attractions. The bus terminal was right outside the door, and the first bathing beach was a 5-minute walk away, which was very worry-free for those with children. There was also a robot delivering food, which made the children very happy. I will choose this place again if I come to Qingdao next time, and I will recommend it to my friends.

Excellent
GGuest UserSorry I didn’t get photos of the room but it is so beautiful and the hotel is really cute with lots of teddy bears! The food is great I’ve eaten in the restaurant downstairs before and it is such a cozy atmosphere. You can see the sea clearly from the bathroom and the bathtub is huge!!! The service staff are very friendly and accommodating upgrading my room and giving late checkout for free! 10/10 I will tag here again!

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe environment is as shown in the picture, the room is elegant, clean, no smell, the bedding is comfortable to sleep well, there is a beautiful living room and a separate small courtyard, there are sunshine and breeze days, the tea in the yard is really pleasant, the self-service content is high throughout the stay, and the Internet celebrity punching street is 20 meters away. It is very quiet at night. Really quiet in the middle of noisy and convenient transportation. The fly in the ointment is that there is no clothesline in the yard, no dryer, which is not convenient for multi-day outings.

BBudingaimeiniuThe room is very clean and very close to the beach. You can see the sea when you go out. You can reach the second bathing beach in a few minutes' walk. It is the first choice for bringing children because you can go out to the sea and dig sand at any time. The hotel is located in the Badaguan Scenic Area, only a few minutes' walk from the Badaguan Scenic Area. The scenic spots in Guan Scenic Area are all very close. The disadvantages are: 1. It is far from the bus station and subway station, and it is inconvenient to take a taxi. Taxi drivers are unwilling to go there; 2. It is inconvenient to drive there, with many traffic restrictions and unreasonable road blocks that cannot be passed. In the hotel It took two turns outside to find the road.

MM236665****The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, the layout was very warm, and it was very comfortable to live in;
The yard is neat and can park for free. It is too worry-free to drive by yourself.
The front desk service is thoughtful, the check-in is fast, and the communication is very smooth;
The location is close to the train station and the trestle bridge, and it is convenient to travel. It is very cost-effective to have this experience at this price.
