recently stayed at this apartment and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The décor was modern yet cozy, and the apartment was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay – from a fully stocked kitchen to fresh linens and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. Despite being central, the apartment was very quiet at night, so I slept really well. The host was also fantastic – responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations or questions. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcome. Overall, this apartment felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again on my next trip. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay!

Throughout my stay, every team member I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made me feel both valued and comfortable. The room itself was spotless, modern, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches such as complimentary bottled water, a well-stocked minibar, and high-quality toiletries. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains that allowed for a restful night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which made it easy to work and stream without interruption. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The variety was impressive, ranging from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order hot dishes. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the dining area was both stylish and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s conveniently close to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

I couldn't be happier with this apartment! Its location is absolutely unbeatable; it's practically built right on top of a subway station. You can even walk directly to The MixC Mall through a sky garden. With Subway Lines 2 and 3 right downstairs, you get direct access to the subway without even stepping onto the street, making travel incredibly convenient for reaching all the tourist spots. The room itself was fully equipped. The shower pressure was fantastic and super effective – after a long day of sightseeing, coming back and enjoying a wonderfully refreshing hot shower was just what I needed! The concierge service was exceptional. They thoughtfully provided detailed routes to various attractions and excellent dining recommendations. Highly recommend!

For our family trip, we chose the Qingdao Haitian Hotel. The hotel's setting, amenities, and location were all exceptional. But what truly set it apart was the service, which far exceeded our expectations. We stayed for three nights, and Jack on the Executive Floor provided such incredibly thoughtful service that he truly made us feel at home. He even upgraded us to an Executive Floor room. He also thoughtfully considered our travel fatigue and provided steam eye masks to help us unwind. If we ever get the chance to visit Qingdao for a third time, Haitian will undoubtedly be our top choice. It truly offers a home-away-from-home experience.

The room was standard, but the service was absolutely excellent. It was my birthday during our stay, and they even surprised me with a birthday cake – a truly thoughtful gesture. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to MixC City, putting all kinds of dining, shopping, and entertainment within easy reach. It's also just a fifteen-minute walk to May Fourth Square and the seaside, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying the sea views, scenic spots, and the nightly light show. The breakfast spread was generous, and the swimming pool was never too busy, so we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

When taking the kids to Qingdao for National Day holiday, the May Fourth Square shopping district was our top choice. This hotel is next to the MixC, right in the heart of the city. Prices are generally high during the National Day holiday, and this serviced apartment has spacious rooms and complete amenities. It includes a washing machine (with dryer) and a microwave. The 52-square-meter room was very comfortable for two nights. I stayed on the 33rd floor, with a view of Signal Hill.

Location is excellent, with an exit to Metro Line 3 just outside the hotel, 2 mins walk away. The street behind the hotel also has lots of local eateries then there's a big mall just across the road. Room is a good size and I'm impressed that everything comes in a sanitized/disinfected sealed packaging, including all the towels! Gives a strong comfort on hygiene. The sockets are all universal, so no need for adaptors. It's also a smart room installed with Xiao Du AI with voice command capability. The shower water pressure is strong. Bed is firm and they've got both the firm foam pillow and soft ones to fit different preferences. The room also came with a free fruit platter and ample complimentary bottled water. I also like that the room doors come with inspiring quotes. Each level has a washing machine and dryer and small microwave. The lobby is huge and staff are friendly and helpful. If I must find fault, it's probably in the security in the sense that the lift does not require key card access so anyone can just come up to the rooms. Though I did not experience anything unsafe during my stay. A truly 5* experience at 4* pricing. Certainly my choice hotel the next time I return to Qingdao.

This was my first time staying at a Westin. Despite online comments suggesting subpar service, I found it wasn't nearly as bad as portrayed. When the room's curtain got a bit stuck, the front desk immediately sent someone to fix it. Also, when I requested a sea view upon booking, they promptly confirmed and arranged the room details over the phone. They even assisted with my large luggage, bringing it into the hotel. The lounge and breakfast were definitely the highlights. The variety was extensive and catered well to different preferences. My only minor suggestion would be to expand the dessert options in the lounge. I would definitely consider staying here again. Oh, and the complimentary teddy bear was adorable!

For my trip to Qingdao, I was looking for a hotel with convenient access to transportation, shopping, and dining. After reading numerous traveler reviews, I opted for the newly opened Qingdao Yihai Garden Hotel (May Fourth Square branch). The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, and the cleanliness was also quite good. The facilities were comprehensive. Although there wasn't a direct sea view, the city lights at night were still dazzling. Breakfast was plentiful, offering local specialty snacks that tasted great. Even with many guests staying, everything remained quite orderly. A notable feature: The laundry room was a very popular spot, often with queues forming. The hotel site originally served as the Qingdao Workers' Sanatorium, which I personally believe contributes to its 'quiet oasis in a bustling city' feel. Downside: As some other guests have mentioned, the shower water temperature would occasionally fluctuate between hot and cold, and the water spray was too dispersed. I hope this can be improved.

Part of the Huazhu Group, this hotel boasts an excellent location. May Fourth Square is just a 10-minute walk to the right, and the Olympic Sailing Center is also a 10-minute walk to the left. For our family trip, we booked a sea-view room with two king beds. The Olympic Sailing Center was right below our window – what a fantastic view! The room facilities were comprehensive and very user-friendly. The service was also excellent. Overall, a truly wonderful stay!
