Location: 5 min walk from hotel to The mixc mall 万象城 super convenient. There are marts and restaurants nearby. Around 10 min walk to the train station of B2 exit Room: interior all well maintained looks new. Everyday if you opt for room cleaning they do provide fruits and cucumbers nice! They also provide you a place to hang your laundry! Super good. Tv connected to dramas from most provider Hotel: they do have a ** storage area very convenient to order in Given a choice if i return to Qingdao i will stay in Fuxin hotel again

This is definitely a 5 star hotel and we would recommend it for location and service, the only problem we had was at check in when we arrived at 4pm and were told that our room wasn’t ready and it would be another 1 hour to 1 and a half hour away, which was totally unacceptable as check in is at 3pm, the lady tried to upsell us to another room, not a free upgrade but to charge us the extra, I thought this was not on and as we had been travelling all day since 4am that morning, our room should have been ready, after we refused the upsell, suddenly told there is a room available in about 20 minutes but on a lower floor than we requested, we were still not happy and then suddenly another room appeared, also not on a high floor, we decided to take it as we were so tired, when we got to the room, it was not in a good viewing position, had a wall outside the window, we went back downstairs and this time I asked for the manager, Jack came to look after us and finally understood us, gave us a drink voucher and we sat in the lovely lounge area and had an ice cold drink and within 10-15 minutes Jack had gotten us a higher floor(as we had originally requested anyway) and helped us to our room, the view was uninterrupted and the room much better, Jack also sent some beers to our room to enjoy and was very apologetic, thank you Jack for your help. I didn’t want to write anything negative here because this is a lovely hotel and the Shangri-La group is normally very good, we have stayed many times in different places but I just had to mention that part because I don’t want other people who have been travelling all day to arrive and their room isn’t ready and to be told to wait longer its just not right. Everything else went smoothly and the facilities are great, swimming pool, location, cleanliness. Thanks again to Jack, lovely guy

The hotel I chose for my trip has a very good environment and location. The room with a bathtub is a pleasant experience and the service is very considerate. I stayed for another night and the overall stay experience was very pleasant. The facilities and equipment in the room are very good. The hotel has a good location and there is a free underground parking lot. The front desk and the room lady Li also provided considerate service.

Very good stay with this hotel, first of all the service was excellent, can see the staff love their work, always greeting and smiling and are proud to serve the guests. Special shoutout to the young man helping me with my parcels. The room is slightly dated but very well maintained and cleaned. The amenities are not bad but the gym was too small, machines not running smoothly and gym etiquette was not enforced as many guests don't put back their equipment or wipe down the benches after use.

Very convenient place, near the subway station many restaurants and shops like convenience store. The front desk stuff is very kind and comfortable for me to have a communication. Also, there is a washing machine in the room and drying machine in the first floor. The hotel fee is very cheap, but completely be satisfied to stay.

The service was impeccable! From start to finish, I was really well looked after. Qingdao is such a fantastic destination, made all the more pleasant by the great staff, expansive, comfortable, clean rooms at Crowne. Nice to have a swim in a pool that wasn't overwhelmed with chlorine. There were some other interesting facilities on -B2 level, but I ran out of time. Lovely restaurant on the 2nd floor, and also right next door to May 4th Square, which also has a shopping complex. Highly recommend this accommodation.

English:Date: early December. Location: pretty good if you like quiet streets (it's more of a town villa). Service: Best (cleaning ok, I needed to order something to be delivered and they helped us a lot!) What I have to say (for people who are a bit older etc) is that there is no elevator. But the floors are low and it was no problem for us. We stayed on the fifth floor. Bathroom, bathtub, heater, TV, no fridge/refrigerator (I think you have to tell the hotel before) but we didn't need it. Quite large balcony and great view of the sea day and night (although there are other apartments in front but it doesn't bother us) Walk/access to the sea right in front. We continued walking and passed by the parks, the 5.4. and the MIX shopping center. They have some pretty good restaurants!! We will come back again on our next visit:) Thank you all very much!
