recently stayed at this apartment and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The décor was modern yet cozy, and the apartment was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay – from a fully stocked kitchen to fresh linens and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. Despite being central, the apartment was very quiet at night, so I slept really well. The host was also fantastic – responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations or questions. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcome. Overall, this apartment felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again on my next trip. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay!

When taking the kids to Qingdao for National Day holiday, the May Fourth Square shopping district was our top choice. This hotel is next to the MixC, right in the heart of the city. Prices are generally high during the National Day holiday, and this serviced apartment has spacious rooms and complete amenities. It includes a washing machine (with dryer) and a microwave. The 52-square-meter room was very comfortable for two nights. I stayed on the 33rd floor, with a view of Signal Hill.

I rarely complain about Huazhu Club hotels, but this Mercure is absolutely riddled with complaints. ---Objectively speaking, the facilities and location are good, the rooms have a pleasant orientation, and the ambiance is acceptable. --- However, the soft services were far from satisfactory: --- The air conditioner had two problems, and I had to call a repairman both times. The first time, there was a strange noise when the AC was off, and a blade-like noise on the third setting, which ”never got fixed.” The second time, it simply stopped cooling. The repairman didn't speak Mandarin, so I couldn't understand much. --- The cleaning lady left the room at 10:00 AM one day, leaving the sign on. When she returned at 5:00 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. It was very frustrating. Later, the cleaning lady said she was the only one on duty that day; the other person had been off. --- The air conditioner was extremely cold at night, and it hurt my neck. The design is completely unreasonable. --- The dressing mirror switch was always on, and I couldn't turn it off at night, so I had to block it with something.

The overall quality of the hotel was up to spec with franchise standards, but the air conditioning in the room was far too weak - despite having it on the lowest possible temperature, it still failed to cool the room sufficiently. Definitely impacted my sleep quality.

I booked the corner room with window. More space to put my 2 big 28’’ luggages. Overall the staffs very helpful for oversea tourist like us. Use Metro exit B to reach hotel more nearer. Walking slowly see building view about 10 mins to reach.

I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located for my business trip, and it happened to be during the Qingdao Beer Festival and peak tourist season. The room was incredibly spacious, and the layout was very comfortable. A highlight was the dual sinks, which meant no waiting around if two people were getting ready. The separate toilet and shower areas were also a thoughtful design, ideal for two guests. The bed was king-sized, with wonderfully soft bedding, and the pillows had just the right firmness, ensuring a truly restful and enjoyable stay. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and made the experience even more pleasant.

The room is large and clean. There are many disposable items. The basement is also very convenient and parking is free. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good. The upgraded package is also great. I will come again next time!

The location is very convenient; it's quite close to attractions like the Olympic Sailing Center, May Fourth Square, the Beer Museum, and Polar Ocean World, all within about a 10-20 minute reach. A major plus is the array of great local eateries nearby, offering everything from BBQ and Japanese cuisine to grilled meats. A highlight for the kids was the complimentary popsicles in the lobby – they'd grab one every morning before heading out and another upon returning, doing this every day of our three-day stay! The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel is a very convenient choice for a trip to Qingdao, and we would definitely consider staying here again!
