Rooms: We were on 33/F. New and good size. Washer-dryer worked well. You have to ask for plates, bowls and cutlery. It is worth spending a bit extra to get the sea-view room for the view of the bay and the light show in the evening which is great. The corridors are all a bit grim, don't worry the rooms are good. There are just 3 lifts for the whole 35 storey building which is full of apartment hotels. So the wait for the lift can be a long time. Better to be a high floor so the lift is less full when it finally comes. You have access to the Mix C Mall (which is huge) from both 6/F and LG Location: Perfect. Next to May 4th Station. DiDi stop outside. Walking distance to May 4th Square and light show. Lots of shops and supermarket in Mix C. Several convenience stores nearby. Service: okay. They will get you to join them on WeChat and you make requests that way. They sort out requests quite quickly. Language: Mandarin only

I highly, highly recommend this hotel! The location is easy to find and quite close to the subway station. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the boy on duty, who even reminded us to wear warm clothes because it was cold outside. The girl who helped us with check-in was also very patient, and whenever we passed the front desk, they would all greet us warmly! Although there was a tiny, minor hiccup, it was resolved very promptly. What's more, the housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive. We only used one amenity kit from the drawer, and normally you wouldn't even notice something was missing, but they noticed and replenished it. Their work is truly meticulous. After staying here for two days, I am absolutely thrilled with this hotel! 😁😁

The room was quite spacious, but the one we got only had one bathroom, even though other reviews mentioned two. They wouldn't upgrade our room, probably because business was so good. The facilities were quite old. The sink wouldn't drain, and even after reporting it to the housekeeper, no one came to fix it, so I had to pull the stopper out myself to drain the water. The small shower head in the shower stall was too low, making it inconvenient as I had to hold it while showering. The large shower head was a bit clogged and had low water pressure, which made for an uncomfortable shower. The next day, the air conditioner at the main entrance was leaking all over the hallway and living room. Luckily, I noticed it in time. When I reported it, they said no one was available and that repairs would only happen the next day. The service and management are incomparable to a star-rated hotel. The breakfast was terrible and not worth the price, so we skipped it for the next two days. Overall, it was very mediocre and I wasn't very satisfied.

The hotel's location is in Qingdao's most bustling area. It's about a 30-minute drive to Golden Sand Beach and 20 minutes to Shilaoren Beach. The hotel service was very good, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, it's not bad. The cleanliness could be improved; even when we visited during an off-peak time with minimal crowds, it wasn't particularly spotless. If you're not too picky, it's acceptable. The decor is quite nice, and the furniture is good quality, but since it's been open for many years, some wear and tear in the corners is expected. I'd suggest adding a small mirror near the sink; it's not very convenient for people with severe myopia. The overall service was great, and Double-Double (presumably a staff member) provided excellent service, a big thumbs up!

The hotel lobby is very grand, and the service is exceptionally thoughtful. A special thank you to Sun Shijie at the front desk; her service was very friendly and she patiently answered all our questions and met all our requests. She upgraded our room and even sent us the 'Three Wonders of Qingdao' as a gift. I specifically asked for her name tag to take a picture! The room was great, spacious enough, and both the bathroom and shower were clean. When taking the elevator upstairs, I saw a bellhop delivering takeout. I asked him a question, and he patiently provided information and even guided us to our floor. The housekeeping staff on the 22nd floor were also very friendly; they specifically asked for our room number, took us there, and even offered us drinks. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The young man at the wonton noodle station provided excellent service, giving us a tag and telling us to come back in a few minutes, which was very well organized. There was also plenty of fruit, and the taste was good. It's much better than the Coral Hotel at Mangrove Tree Resort World Qingdao. Le Méridien is trustworthy, and I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were a soft pillow and a latex pillow. It was really nice to have a latex pillow. I couldn't stand the soft pillow that fell off after sleeping. It was almost the same as having nothing. The parking lot was also convenient, the whole house was smart, and the location was good. It was not far from various attractions.

Very quiet, large space, large bed, one bed can sleep two people, the bathroom space is even larger, a bit wasteful, no bathroom heater, the only drawback. Who knows, family members! The hotel I stayed in this time was really amazing! As soon as I entered the room, the clean and warm atmosphere was immediately full, the bedding was soft, and I had a good night's sleep. The service is even better. The front desk lady was warm and considerate, and she also helped recommend great food around. The location is also superb, and travel is super convenient. I will come again next time!

This is a newly opened hotel under the Hilton brand. The equipment is very smart and the front desk staff are very considerate. The front desk was very enthusiastic on the day of check-in and even upgraded the room type. The service provided by Lisa, Kay and Gemma at the front desk was very warm and thoughtful. After entering the room, the hardware facilities are very thoughtful, with no dead corners, clean bedding without stains, including the shower room that I care most about, the stainless steel floor drain, which is shiny and free of foreign objects and has smooth drainage. The next day breakfast was also very good Sheng is a hotel that I will recommend to my friends after staying there. Thumbs up!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's incredibly conveniently located, making getting around super easy. The whole place is spotlessly clean, the service is warm and attentive, and the facilities are modern and well-appointed. The soundproofing is excellent, guaranteeing a truly comfortable night's sleep. It offers incredible value for money. I highly recommend it and would absolutely choose to stay here again! A small suggestion for breakfast: I'd love to see more filling in the wontons, and the soup was a touch too salty. Luggage storage was excellent. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. There were no unpleasant odors in the room. However, the bathroom door was a little too transparent for my liking.

This hotel was a great find! Not too far but not to close to a subway. But close enough to bus stops that take you all over the city. The room itself was big and tidy. The bedding was absolutely the highlight big soft bed with fluffy feather downs and soft pillows. The bathroom was clean but could use with some repairs or upkeep! The shower down had hard water marks and some of the corns were mouly . The bathroom was usable tho and not gross. Cleaning of the room could be done more deep as I noticed some cobwebs in the corners. Overall with a good deep clean it would be rated 5/5.
