The hotel environment is good and the front desk service attitude is very good. The room we stayed in could see the Calabash Alley Theme Park to the north, and the night view was also beautiful. There are small controls in the room, and there is iQiyi membership on the projector. It is great to watch movies, follow variety shows, etc. even with the projector at night. If you have any questions, you can directly contact the lady at the front desk and they will help solve it in time. The hotel also has toothbrushes and slippers for children, which are very detailed. Compared to where I stayed before, it was a great value for money.

I'm a Korean tourist on a family trip with my wife and two daughters. Out of a total of six days, we stayed at a hotel near May Fourth Square for the first three nights and this hotel for the remaining two nights. This hotel is located in Qingdao's Chengyang District, making it a better location for exploring the city and Jimo Ancient Town than hotels in the old city. It also offers easy access to the airport on the last day. It's also conveniently located for jjimjilbangs, Korean restaurants, and massage services in the old city. While hotels near the old city are somewhat expensive due to the many major tourist attractions in the old city, this hotel, despite its excellent facilities, was relatively affordable. If you're visiting Qingdao, splitting your stay between the old city and this hotel would be a great option.

Came to see the concert and booked Wanghailou, which is very close to the venue and only takes five minutes to walk. The subway is downstairs, which is very convenient. The housekeeper Zhu Meili was very thoughtful. She contacted me in advance to send me the precautions. She was warmly received at the front desk on the day of arrival and was given a snack package for the concert, milk lozenges and small biscuits, which was very sufficient. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, checking me in quickly and providing information about the hotel's amenities and nearby activities. Upon check-in, I received a thoughtful snack gift pack, and even the room toiletries were orange peel-themed. Such thoughtful details. If you need anything, the 24-hour customer service is always responsive, ensuring a worry-free experience. The room experience was even more pleasant. As the latest version 2.5 of Orange Crystal, the decor is stylish, minimalist, and features a smart guest control system, making lighting and temperature adjustments easy to use. The room is spacious, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. Lying down feels like sinking into a cloud, instantly relieving any fatigue. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, a smart toilet, and a large makeup mirror—perfect for women. Some rooms offer curved windows overlooking the bay, and watching the sunset paint the sea red in the evening is a truly soothing sight. The amenities are also comprehensive. The LOHAS breakfast offers a wide variety of options, with clear sections for carbohydrates, bread and coffee, and low-fat healthy options, catering to every taste. The noodles cooked by the maid are particularly heartwarming and delicious. The gym is fully equipped, and the laundry room features a washer-dryer and iron, making it convenient for both business trips and extended stays. Whether traveling for leisure or business, this hotel is perfect. The location is excellent, the service is considerate, the facilities are complete, and the price-performance ratio is super high. The overall quality of the hotel is quite high. The rooms are clean and tidy. The rooms you stay in have private balconies where you can enjoy the scenery.
