Shower tap in bath cabin didn't work. The restaurant closed quite early, at 9PM.

Hotel is very old, it not match the value to stay that paid very high price. When i stay, the Air condition was broken at 3am, only wind come out because it very old air con. The toilet is so dirty, seem not clean well.

Good hotel and location, easy to access. There are many restaurant and food court around.

In the future, when we travel or go on business trips, we will choose Blue Ocean wherever there is a blue ocean.

When I arrived at the hotel, Xiao Chi was waiting for me in the lobby, helping me with my suitcase, and pouring rose tea for me, saying welcome to Qingdao, and that I should have a cup of hot tea to warm myself up after all the hard work. I was really moved. I ran into Xiao Chi again in the lobby at night. I asked if there were any places to eat around. Xiao Chi recommended the hotel buffet to me, saying that there was an event at ** and the price was very suitable. After eating, we could go for a walk on the beach. The next day, I found that I didn’t bring my computer charger, and I had some work to deal with. Xiao Chi helped me borrow a computer charger from my colleague. Fortunately, it didn’t affect my work. When I checked out, the boy at the front desk gave me a notebook gift box, saying that Xiao Chi prepared it for me specially. It was a perfect experience. Next time I come to Qingdao, I will stay at Blue Sea instead of anywhere else.

As soon as I checked in, the hotel staff took the initiative to inform me of the location of various facilities and restaurants, and also told me what items in the room were free. Whether it is the front desk, restaurant or guest room, every staff member is very enthusiastic. If you need help, they will take the initiative to provide help. The hotel facilities are also very complete. The weather in Qingdao is still relatively good at this time. After checking in, I took the children to the beach. The floor manager Tiantian also prepared sand digging tools for the children. The children were very happy. Because it was a little late to play, the children coughed a little after coming back. I called customer service to ask where the nearby pharmacy was. After a while, Manager Tiantian came to the room and said, "Sister, I just got off work. I will take you there. The pharmacy is not far away." Because it was the first time here and I was not familiar with the place, I asked Manager Tiantian to take us there. Thanks to Manager Tiantian, otherwise I really couldn't do it with the children by myself. It was almost 8 o'clock when we came back. Because we didn't eat at night, Manager Tiantian asked the kitchen to send us a midnight snack. I was so touched. Why do I always meet kind people? I wish Manager Tiantian a smooth work and good health, and I will pass on Blue Ocean's service to my relatives and friends.
