Nice hotel in Qingdao close to the May 4th square and the Olympic Sailing Marina. Good rooms and well maintained. Perfect for a weekend stay.

The service was impeccable! From start to finish, I was really well looked after. Qingdao is such a fantastic destination, made all the more pleasant by the great staff, expansive, comfortable, clean rooms at Crowne. Nice to have a swim in a pool that wasn't overwhelmed with chlorine. There were some other interesting facilities on -B2 level, but I ran out of time. Lovely restaurant on the 2nd floor, and also right next door to May 4th Square, which also has a shopping complex. Highly recommend this accommodation.

The hotel’s rooms and facilities are really outdated! We stayed there 15 years ago - nothing has changed! It was a nice time travel, but really this hotel has not see any upgrade since 20 years it seems!

We got a free upgrade to the suite thanks much The room is quite old. If you mind, don’t book this Btw qingdao beer museum is quite good

I arrived quite late in the evening, but I was very pleased that they upgraded my room. Although it was a bit disappointing that there weren’t many convenience facilities nearby, overall, I had a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely suite at the Crown on the 33rd floor- the view was phenomenal. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable.

It’s an old fashioned hotel, clean and cozy. The location is perfect for visiting May 4th square and for walking around the beach line. Overall it’s a good place for staying in Qingdao. P.S. We didn’t really understand why we had to ask to change our bedsheets when they are supposed to be changed every night. During our stay they changed once and on our request (but didn’t change the pillow cases IDK why lol 😆) so this part was a bit confusing TBH.

Hotel has very good location nearby the Olympic center and May 4th square. I liked the breakfast there. I tried also swimming pool and sauna, here some renovation may help to make it more attractive.

Excellent location. Steps away from subway. Two department stores nearby. One right next to the hotel with lots of restaurants choices on the 2nd floor. The other one is right cross the street with a grocery store. Front desk is happy to upgrade the room without even asking. Very pleasant stay.

Thank you for the receptionist upgrading me to the better room. What I like most about this hotel is the smart toilet bowl in the room. I face some problems in the hotel. After I reported it to the hotel, the front desk manager contacted me immediately. This is a very good service attitude. But the bottled water provided by the hotel is not a good brand.
