We are from Canada and were visiting Qingdao for approximately one week at the end of October 2024. We stayed at the Juzi Crystal Hotel near the Taidong Pedestrian Street. As seasoned travellers having stayed in many hotels over the years, we can say with confidence that the Juzi Cystal Hotel is a top 5 star! It is brand new, super clean, equipped with modern facilities, and best of all, the hotel staff are super helpful and friendly, from the reception desk, dining room, to cleaning ladies. A special shout-out to Ms. Tong Tong (彤彤) at the front desk. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made our stay a most pleasant experience! Thank you so much for making our visit in Qingdao as wonderful as it was. We will be returning to your hotel for sure!

Very new and clean. The front desk lady and brother are very friendly~ We checked in at night and upgraded our room type When we checked out, we extended our stay for two hours for free The service was very thoughtful~

The hotel is near Taitung Pedestrian Street and the Beer Museum. It looks new, but there is no formaldehyde smell. The room is large and clean, the temperature is comfortable, the breakfast is rich, the service is very warm, and the executive twin room is upgraded in the off-season. Thumbs up 👍🏻 The hotel should be comfortable, spacious and clean. I will come again next time.

The room was upgraded, and it was cleaned very well. The service in the restaurant was also very good. The ladies were very welcoming. The rice noodles and wontons were also very delicious. The front desk service was attentive. I will consider staying here again next time.

The first time I went to Qingdao, I chose such a good treasure hotel. The facilities are complete. Tongtong at the front desk is very enthusiastic and actively solves problems. I booked a superior king-size bed room, and I was upgraded to a superb room type. I stayed there for two days in a row. If I hadn't left Qingdao, I would have stayed there. It is very close to Taidong Pedestrian Street and the subway station. The transportation is very convenient. I will stay here next time!
