The hotel is clean and the location is good. The staff are nice and The breakfast is great…. Overall excellent!!!

The staff was very nice, the lobby was beautiful and this was in a great location. But my room was grubby with some walls not painted and dirty walls.. I didn't want to spend much time in there. For the money, you can find a better hotel.

Staff are friendly and hotel itself is clean but very limited space.

The room is small and there is not enough air for two people. The twin beds are placed together and there is no gap between the two beds. We booked a deluxe twin room and a superior twin room, but the deluxe twin room only had A bed. What's even more annoying is that when we checked out, the front desk staff (male) said that we would be fined 1,000 US dollars for smoking in the room. After our Vietnamese friend helped communicate, he said it would be 600 RMB. The front desk staff also said that if we don't pay We had to call the police, and in the end we were fined 300 RMB. I hope my review can help friends who need to book.

The location is convenient. You won't have any trouble finding a place to eat at night. It's perfect for business travelers who want to work during the day and rest at night. The facilities are minimal. They also arranged and booked a round trip car for us when we went to a place a little far from Hanoi, and the service was very friendly.

The staff are really kind!! There was a cockroach in the bathroom, but... I closed the door and slept well.

Very central hotel! The rooms are small compared to what you see in the photos. Poor breakfast. Very attentive staff!
