The hotel is very good for the location. The help desk not quick. If you are looking to stay in the middle of city, this is good

We always enjoy our stay when we come here! The check in was easy and the front desk spoke English and were very friendly. The bed is super comfy and I love the tub! There seems to be a lot of restaurants nearby (along the river) but were closed due to CNY. We look forward to coming back and exploring more. Kerry Center was an easy 40 min walk or so

We were arranged to stay in 1007 on the first night. The room was not quite the same as in the pictures. The sleeping area was very crowded and narrow. It was very hot when we slept. It was very hot if we covered ourselves with a quilt, but it was a bit cold if we didn't. This happened over and over again. In addition, the refrigerator made a rumbling sound at night, and we couldn't find a plug to turn it off. The next morning, after communicating with the hotel, we were moved to 1008, which was more in line with the pictures. The layout was much more normal, and the lighting was good. The picture showed 1008, but there was a clattering sound at night because it was next to the top floor, and there were some noises, I don't know if it was made by iron sheets or something else.

The location is excellent, within five minutes of the subway station. If you are on a high floor, you can see the West Lake. The Hangzhou Building where the hotel is located is a gathering place for old luxury brands. There are also Rong Xiaoguan, Xiao Dadong, and Grandma's House, which are all very close. It is also walking distance to Wulinmen Pier. Of course, the facilities of old hotels are definitely not as good as some new hotels. Fortunately, the service is good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Hangzhou.

The room was very clean, the windows were all, maybe because it was an old hotel, the corridor was not very spacious, the equipment was a little old, but it was well maintained. I went to the front desk to change it, but the front desk said that the room was tight and changed it to a non-upgraded room. As a result, no one had stayed there for a long time and the bathroom smelled bad.

The room is big, the environment is good, and it is very convenient to go out. I chose the Chinese restaurant upstairs for dinner. There is a shopping mall downstairs and a subway at the door. It is convenient whether you drive or take public transportation

But the facilities are a bit behind the times. The TV always has no signal, the bathroom door makes a loud noise when it is opened and closed, and the sink leaks and is not tightly covered. The bathroom floor is too cold. It is so cold when you step in it in winter that you have to put a towel under it.

The location of Hangzhou Building is great. It is in Wulin Square, which is convenient for travel and everything. The most important thing is shopping. The room is large, the breakfast is good, and the price-performance ratio is high. The pumpkin porridge I had for breakfast on the first day was good, but I didn't see it for the next three days. I hope it will always be there. The wonton stew is delicious. Fruits are delivered every day, which is really considerate. Check-out can be delayed to 1:50, which is super good.

If you are in a bad mood, you can not come to work, take a rest and adjust! ! ! ! During the process, a female service staff stood next to him and could be said to have witnessed the whole process. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, she opened her eyes wide and said nothing. She looked at me and her colleague without any apology. The two of them were like robots without souls! ! I was shocked! . .Standard language . "Hello, ma'am, are you checking out? If you want to issue an invoice, you can just scan the code. Fill in the information and I will send it to your email directly on the computer. Can you write 3 rooms and the specific price in the order details? It has been sent. Please take a look. Do you have any other needs?" . ! ! Is this difficult?

The two-meter double bed room is very clean and spacious. It is cheaper and much better than the nearby hotel I stayed in the previous two days. I highly recommend the food on the sixth floor. The food is super delicious. I will choose here again next time.

I haven't been to Hangzhou Tower for more than a year. I checked carefully before booking and found that there were no ladies' rooms. I booked a deluxe king-size bed room this time. After checking in, I found some problems: 1. The Simmons mattress was too soft, probably because it had been used for too long; 2. The shower head in the shower room was broken. Didn't you notice it before? 3. I always thought that the breakfast in Hangzhou Tower was very good, but this time I felt it was too ordinary, not as rich as the one on the 27th floor.
