I booked two rooms during the most expensive National Day holiday, with an average price of nearly 1,500 per room. I was a little unhappy when I checked in. Let me tell you my true feelings. Let me tell you the good things first: 1. The hotel's public area is well designed and very attentive, but the design in the room is a little ordinary. 2. I like the location and surrounding environment very much. It feels a bit quiet in a bustling city. It is not far from the main attractions and is surrounded by villa communities. It is very quiet at night. 3. Some services are still good. The reception will take the initiative to help you take the box. When there is no one in the room, they will clean the room, put slippers, water, etc. 4. The bedding is very good and it is very comfortable to sleep. Let's talk about the bad things. I am unhappy mainly because of the room area and the attitude of the front desk before: The room type is very different from the pictures and descriptions. There are two camaleonda sofas next to the bedside table in the booking picture. The booking information also shows that the room is 39 square meters. Note that it is 39 instead of 32-39. My friend's room only had one sofa (no free space, which means it couldn't fit two, and the area was less than 39 square meters), while my room didn't have a sofa at all, and it was estimated to be at most 30-32 square meters. What's even more speechless is that my room is actually two rooms separated from one room. There is a door behind the bedside table that leads to the next room. There is no socket switch on the bedside table over there, and I can hear the conversation in the next room clearly at night. I found this problem when I entered the room, and immediately called the front desk and told the room number. The front desk clearly replied that each room in his house is 39 square meters, there is no small room, and only a few rooms have sofas (if this is true, why do you put sofas in the booking pictures?), and if I need to change rooms, you can help me check. Because I just drove from Weihai, I immediately lay on the bed when I got to the room and called the front desk. I kindly told the front desk that I was lying on the bed (not sleeping), and the front desk heard it and immediately told me that there were no rooms (I don't know if it was really no or because I was lying on the bed). Because I was too tired, I didn't want to delve into this matter. The next morning, my friend came to my room and asked me why my room was so small as soon as he entered the room. I felt cheated, so I called Ctrip to complain about it and sent the room photos to Ctrip. Ctrip handled it very seriously and responsibly, and also recognized my reasons, including four points. First, it determined that there was indeed a big difference between the room type I stayed in and the photos and descriptions provided by the hotel. Second, the hotel did not indicate that there were differences in area and other aspects between the room types. Third, the hotel did not inform the difference in the room types in advance. Fourth, after I clearly raised the question, the hotel still insisted that there was no difference in room size. Ctrip quickly gave me a reply and solution, which was very good. After Ctrip responded to the hotel, the duty manager also called me quickly and admitted that there were indeed four rooms on each floor that were relatively small and connected to the room partition. And proposed two solutions, first sending me a set of washing and protective covers, I said that I was about to take a flight and did not check in, so I could not take it on the plane. Later, they said that they could upgrade me to a suite next time I come to Qingdao, but I just came here for tourism, and I will definitely not come here for tourism in the next one or two years... When checking out, I had to move my luggage and drive, and my wife went to return the money. The hotel gave me some toiletries, and my wife accepted them. I just think that as a high-end hotel, it is a pity to make such a mistake, and even to take such a way of handling that deceives consumers after the customer raised questions. In addition, the hotel shower water volume is very small, and the comfort level is not high, but it does not affect the use.
