I had very poor experience at Westin Pune. First when I arrived they didn’t have my payment details in their system and I had put authorize the whole amount on my credit card. Then there was lot of noise in the corridors and didn’t get much sleep.

Centrally located. Road outside suffers high traffic. But the hotel is beautiful with attentive staff. Parking was a breeze! Room was spacious and clean and the breakfast spread was fabulous. Great choice

The service was an absolute standout. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to when I checked out, the care I received from service staff was unparalleled. The room was huge and beautiful too, the only downside are the filthy windows, probably time for some window cleaning. Location was alright, other than a small but upscale mall beside the hotel there was nothing much, but since I was there for business it was fine.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Pune, I recommend the Westin! The staff was friendly, and the breakfast made my 4-night stay enjoyable. I also received a special cake when checking out. ◡̈ The price was cheaper than in Korea, so I stayed without burden. I definitely recommend it if you’re deciding between Airbnb and a hotel in Pune!

I had a great experience in the hotel and it was a pleasure for 17 nights. From the room cleaning, to the breakfast hospitality and the lobby bar everything was great. I would like to specify two special people that work in the dinning room: Shailesh and Bhuwan. They both give my breakfast and dinner a great experience and took care of any request.

I’m staying at the Westin Pune at the moment, and there is no electricity in the hotel. Infact the power has been gone for about 40 mins and the hotel has not been able to restore it. They have no clue what is going on and even the elevators are not working so we can’t leave even if we want to. The room phone is also not working so we can’t call anyone. God forbid if there is an emergency. Definitely not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Shocked and very, very disappointed. A hotel that does not have a plan for an emergency is a disaster !!! This is totally not acceptable and it’s scary.

We went for a staycation over a weekend and our Experience was fantastic. The check in was pretty smooth and Our Room on 10th floor had the Best possible view from this Property. The Room was huge in size with Super comfortable King sized bed. The Big Smart TV was ideal for a Movie watching Experience. Still the Best part was the Beautifully designed Bathroom. It was spacious had all quality products. The bathtub was really big in size. The Food at each restaurant was delicious and Breakfast Buffet had almost every item available on Earth. Mr. Asad from The Market restaurant made our lunch super special. The Infinity Swimming pool with the View of Modern Pune's skyline is awesome. Special mention for whole staff of Westin. This Hotel truly shows you what we mean by the Indian warmth and hospitality . The front office gave us a warm welcome and truly represented well by Pratiksha, Meghna and Sumon. The Interns ( Brajesh and Kunal ) got the best training here as this hotel will show how to really keep the clients happy as they were so attentive. Chef Ritesh , thank you for stopping by at our table and remembering us from last year. That meant a lot . Thank you for taking care of us the next day even though you were not there. We appreciate these gestures of everyone going above and beyond. This is one Hotel where the Management Trainees should come for a rotation to learn the real hospitality and care given by the staff.
