Food was ok. Cleanliness was ok. Service poor. Wifi not working all the time. Room key card not working. No tv remotes. Everything need to request, if u are up for it, you might like it.

Nice and clean rooms. Rooms have no view. Only look into brick wall with pipes. Lobby has bad dead rat smell. Very pungent

The food was good, and the hotel's appearance was impressive and location not better. However, we encountered a few issues during our stay. The lift wasn't working when we arrived, and there were some unpleasant odors in the room and bathroom. Additionally, hot water wasn't available. Despite these issues, the staff was hospitable.

The stay was decent, perfect location and even the breakfast was pretty decent. Overall good stay. Easy accessible to nearby places

The property is spacious very cleanly maintained and has a very good overall ambience. Most cost efficient but best stays to put up in Pudukottai

Good Response, Clear communication, we arrived in midnight 2.00 am , staffs are very courteous and informed about complementary breakfast . provided driver to sleep comfortably. Happy stay ,Rooms are excellent like 5 star stay

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Room service was very good and they have a good restaurant too. Location wise also it is near the bus stand.

Clean rooms and the service was really good 👍 and the breakfast that we had were good too. Additionally I had to come late for brakfast due to some personal reasons but they had waited for additional 30 min to serve us.

Air conditioner problem. Reception services very poor. We are asking asking airconditioner room. But they are settling timer mid night it is switched off.

Good food, well behaved staff, prime location, clean and hygiene and quick service. Overall pleasant stay!
