Very well located hotel with easy access to other parts of the city, very good facilities, quality and attentive service, good breakfast, room service! Thank you to the hotel staff, they made our trip to Santiago more enjoyable!

Clean, tidy and beautiful

Location: Ok... there is nothing very close, apart from the beautiful vista patio Room: Ok...there was no cover (it was cold) and the shower is too low...it was a little uncomfortable to take a shower (I'm 1.86m)..... Problems: Breakfast is served from 8am, and this information is nowhere to be found...for those who are going to work, this was terrible..... They changed my room on the last day, as I had another reservation for my room...so far ok...but they warned me at the last minute when I was leaving...I had to arrange it in a hurry so as not to be late. It's an ok hotel...with potential....but with many points to improve.

They have to improve the WiFi and the breakfast service, those who served me seem very apathetic, and supposedly I had double breakfast but they served me only one. The rest seems excellent to me!

Все классно за свои деньги уж точно! Мне все понравилось. Без лоска и изяществ, но на достойном уровне. Слышимость сильная, душ надо приспособиться, но вода горячая! В целом, цена/качество соответсвует заявленному.
