Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.

Very bad experience for a room at 2400RMB a night. The hotel is very old (it can't be seen that it has been renovated in 2019). I booked a suite but the bathroom is very small, and the small bathtub with shower head still smells bad. The service is even weirder: when we made a reservation, three people asked for a sofa bed, but when we got to the room, there was no sofa bed. When we went out, we told the front desk that only blankets and pillows were brought back to our room; The "waiter" just helped to pull the sofa away. We were not responsible for making the bed.
