There was no subject or other words at all. I was checking in with a friend at the time, but my friend was not staying. It was not professional for her to say that. The floor attendants didn't smile or say hello when they saw the guests. I was preparing to have breakfast in the morning, and the housekeeper asked me if I wanted to clean up when she saw me coming out of the room.
