good location, clean, good food, and nice staff. The floors and the walls are very thin. As family, we would book this hotel again next time we are in Prato.

No Milano No Art Just dirty toilet and small room

Very good place and service

The rubbish among rubbish, don't go there, the service attitude is terrible, I clearly ordered breakfast, and showed the English order to the front desk, but they insisted that there was no breakfast, and they charged 16 euros for breakfast, which I finally got back with the help of Ctrip. The service staff changed three times throughout the whole process, and they were all extremely unfriendly!

A very nice hotel!! It is not in the center of Florence, it is in a small town nearby. It is 25 minutes by train from the Santa Maria Novella station. The only bad thing is that you cannot stay late in Florence because to get to the hotel, you have to cross a park that is very lonely. But if you are going with your family, it is really worth staying there. It is in front of the river with a spectacular view. I loved it and I would go back!!

Without further ado, the hotel is super! In the morning we woke up, saw the mountains in the window - the view is gorgeous. It is much cheaper, compared to Florence. Getting to Prato, where the hotel is located, is easy and fast, about 20 minutes by train, which runs every 10-15 minutes. The hotel has everything you need, as well as an excellent breakfast. I recommend it to everyone, do not overpay for hotels in the center.

Hotel located near the center; the structure is honestly not worth the 4 stars. The room was clean, bathroom disinfected. The walls of the room dirty and full of marks; the bathroom walls and ceiling full of mould. In fact the room was a little humid. The breakfast was well assorted and varied, nothing to complain about
