A horrendous last 2 days with hundreds of students booked in and running riot outside my room for nearly 48 hours solid. Absolute no control from anyone or the hotel staff. No real solution from anyone or care to be frank. The breakfast is same old and repetitive. Not as long as I live would I come back to this hotel.

A bit old style and there are many tours. Though it's not in the city centre, it's convenient to all public transportation.

The stay was a terrible mistake in this hotel, the experience could perhaps be compared to some university dormitory with staff who stole the hotel. But in order. The first night, a disco on the entire floor above us, high school students who the teachers don't give a damn about, the second night, banging on all the doors, all-night rollerblading in the hallways with banging on all the doors and a disco, and the third night with drunk, new high school students where the television was extremely loud, alternating drunken speech with loud music until 1 am.. one despair that never ends. 3 phone calls to the reception and 5 visits to the reception where the receptionist tells you to deal with it yourself and I call the police that it was stolen from him..nonstop smoking and stench in the room from other rooms and they nailed it with breakfast from which they overslept us for 2 days and we were biting egg shells..the room was not vacuumed once in 5 days and I don't even mention dust.. I probably won't continue anymore but never again even if it was free 🙏🙏🙏 I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy but the quality of service in Prague is just a big shame ..😔

Welcoming staff, comfortable room, full breakfast, public transport nearby and in addition parking available for those arriving by car as we did. The discovery of the city was a success thanks to this reservation.

I am a 54 year old traveller that has stayed in literally hundreds of hotels in the past. The absolute disregard of people staying in the hotel is unbelievable. I have been here 4 days and I only wish I could have moved from such an abysmally run hotel. The hundreds of students running around constantly for the past 3 hours is simply appalling. There is absolutely no control of organisation off the groups staying here. Vlastislav is the owner of the hotel and you need to control your hotel guests. It is absolutely unacceptable what I am currently putting up with and my anger is growing by the minute. I am appalled that you let this happen in what was a reasonable hotel. Regards Alan UK

Nice hotel in Prague. Tram and metro stop Invalidovna is near by. Clean room and bathroom, super breakfast. There is an elevator. The view from the room window is awesome. Just a 3 metro stops from Namesti republike and one more to the Vaclavske namesti ( the center of town). Also a supermarket is at metro station. Tram also leads dirrect to the Vaclavske namesti .

The experience was terrible. Almost all dishes served in hotel was uneatable. Potatoes was unboiles and hard as rock! On dinners, there was only water avaliable, there was no cofee/tea or any juice. Cakes were good and tasty. There is no lock in bathroom. The view from window was bad. Floors aren't marked on staircase.

I just came into the Room and the first thing I saw was a big puke mark in my bed sheets. Then we checked the beds and find out there was a poop mark in my bed to. We checked around the room and saw another puke mark in the carpet. It is one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever been in. Unbelievable

The room was good but in the bathroom we found hair and more, the towels was dirty too! The staff was not nice at all, very rude and unwilling to work. The structure smells really strong and it was really bad, it smells of soup or similar. No one apart from the receptionist can speak english or german and in a Hotel where the students go it’s really bad

Rooms and break fast is good basic. Only lots of yought running . Screeming bang doors on every floor. Had ear dops in my ears. Untill in the deep night. Metro is close by . Metro 8 to town. So for 2 a 3 days trip its ok.

When we arrived we were called to the service desk. You'd think to check us in, but she just said some thing about us in their language which we don't speak and only spoke in single words. "Voucher?", when we said we book through green citytrip she just walked off and didn't come back. Saw her once with food in her mouth and for the next few minutes we just stood there. Another couple was getting helped by one older man. He just screemed at them, I've never seen someone be this rude to his clients ever, especially since they were nothing but nice. He was angry they didn't print their voucher and instead had it at their phones. Printing is not necessary at all, since they give you a form anyway which you have to fill all the information in again. I wanted to tell them so badly that they shouldn't let him treat them like that. After some time another women came to help us and she wasn't rude. And every morning and evening getting past the service desk they wouldn't even look up or say hi. Just faces glued to their phones. If anyone from high up this hotel reads this: please fire this old man. Since all he does is scream at clients for no reason at all. Oh and our bathroom was covered in black hairs as well.
