The staff were friendly and even recommended places to buy more affordable groceries. The hotel is conveniently located near tram, metro and train stations, as well as markets and restaurants. Plenty of power outlets were available, and the room came with a water kettle and fridge. The room was also quite spacious, you can see from the photo that it has a long walkway leading to the door. Overall, I’d rate it 5 out of 5

This hotel was a pleasant place to stay in. It was in a good location, the rooms were immaculately clean, the room was not small ans poky, but it was not huge either, it was adequate. It came with a kettle although when we asked for tea to be left to use the kettle we only got enough for a few cups, then we got tired of asking for tea and none coming so we ended up buying tea. We also asked for more towels to avail ourselves of the big bath at the end of a long day sightseeing, but we had to keep asking and it didn't always reach the housekeeping or they ignored it. We also found trying to get any soap from the dispensers hard work, not a lot came out no matter how much we pushed and pushed the button. We had a front room which overlooked the street and adjacent from our hotel and our room was a nightclub that started up around 12.00 at night and went into the wee hours, like 3.30, not conducive to a good night's sleep. Would we stay here again, possibly, but we'd bring our own tea, ask for towels every time, and bring our own body wash.nand we'd ask for a room at the back. 😁

Great location on Wenceslas Square but a bit tricky to find to start with. You have to go to another EA hotel nearby to get the key. Not obvious. Staff were helpful, room was spacious and clean. Wenceslas Square is noisy with bars and people plus there is currently heavy building work going on outside in the square. Very noisy and a struggle to sleep even with ear plugs unfortunately. The building work will finish one day but the noise from the bars will no doubt continue. Maybe OK for anyone who can sleep well in any circumstance. Great location.

The hotel is taking place at a great location in the heart of Prague. Metro and tram is available nearby, which makes discovering the city easier. Cleaned rooms with comfortable beds. Kettle, tea and coffee was included in the room. During daytime street isn't noisy, but late afternoon and at night it's a bit noisier, but not that unbearable.

Very good location. It’s at old town square. Very convenient from all the tourism spots.

The hotel location is great. Convenient to shops and many food areas. A 10 min walk to train station. During the night, the streets are noisy too and it can disrupt sleeping. Overall everything is fine

The hotel's location is near to the Central station and offers waking accessibility to most of Prague's sights. Due to its good location, I personally think it offers very good value for money. I arrived late and was able to check in OK. The room is not very big, but decent enough at this price point. I would recommend it if you are looking for a economic option in the centre of Prague.

All I need is central, clean room in a safe area, this is perfect .

A little bit confused for reception! A key card had a problem but was finally OK even after 2 hours of checking and solving the problem
