This is the best hotel during our journey in these 10 days. The reception staffs are all very professional and ready for help. The location is very convenient to the Christmas market.

When I checked out the next day, I found peanuts on the floor that had not been swept up. I wanted to ask the housekeeping department to come over to discuss an explanation. I didn’t want to complain, but I just hoped that this wouldn’t happen to other people again. My friend persuaded me to stay, but it gave me a very bad experience. Later, I moved to another 5-star hotel and this didn’t happen again!

The room type sold by Ctrip is really small, the window faces the wall, and it feels like the worst room in the hotel. But the price is not cheap, I suggest you check the hotel's official website; except for the nice lobby, the room is really old and small (maybe the room type is too bad) p.s. Ctrip also made a mistake in the room type I booked, this connection is really bad, and I stayed for a day before they had a vacant room to change (but there is almost no difference between the double room and the double room, the beds in the double room are put together)

As a high-end brand in the NH Group, it did not disappoint. The hotel is magnificent, and the concierge at the door will take the initiative to help carry luggage. The location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance to the train station, bus station, and old town!
