Good structure, but abandoned, the rooms are great, the hotel seems to have few employees, part of the gym is abandoned, the pool had to be cleaned, the breakfast is very regular, the location is far from the center, the price is reasonable

We have stayed on several occasions. He highlighted the cleanliness, comfort of the beds, quality of the linen and the good treatment of the staff. Good bar service and delicious food. It is noteworthy that the hotel is recovering and emerging from the post-pandemic crisis like others. Soon it will be the same as it was a few years ago or even better.

Unfortunately this hotel needs many improvements and renovations. The place is beautiful, the structure is very good. It is close to the airport and should serve many people who are passing through the city. But the rooms are in a precarious condition. Musty, dirty and with old and noisy air conditioning. Very weak breakfast.

I liked the hotel in general regarding all the services, especially the friendliness of the staff. It is approximately 500 meters from the Posadas airport and far from the city center.

It is a hotel that in other times must have been very nice. The very small room. The huge common spaces, for the number of passengers today, the best thing was the pool, although the deterioration was noticeable, it was clean and well-kept and located in a well-kept garden within everything. The breakfast was acceptable. We did not stay for dinner at the hotel due to the loneliness involved. There is little or nothing left of the resort

Well presented place, good pool, we went during Carnival, to escape the festivities and stress. It could be more interesting, as it is a resort, but I believe it is within its intended purpose. Posadas is charming

The person who made the website must be given the Oscar and the Pullitzer. Great vibe and attention from the employees. The place is very run down in every way, defective facilities, it must have been abandoned for 20 years. The photos do not reflect the place. I'm not coming back.

The hotel is practically abandoned. Upon arrival, you can already see the neglect: the broken hotel sign, the abandoned guardhouse and a scrapped van in the parking lot. The view, upon arrival, gives us a sense of abandonment: dirty apartment balconies. The rooms are bad and look dirty. In my case, I had three bad fruit salads in the minibar from who knows when. The breakfast is horrible, there are no options and the ones that are available are bad. All in all, bad experience.

Our experience was very pleasant, the food is very delicious, like homemade. The room was comfortable, clean, with air conditioning, TV. It has places to relax and read inside the hotel. They have a beautiful pool, where you have bar service. All employees very helpful and polite. It is a recommended hotel!!!

Hotel has a good structure, but lacks maintenance, weak Wi-Fi signal, disappointing breakfast, a 3-star Executive hotel wins with a huge margin... The only attraction really is the price for Brazilians, other than that, no I recommend...

It is not a 4 star, it must have been a few years ago. It is neglected and lacks maintenance. There is no lighting, at night it is a wolf's den. There is a sentry box at the entrance but it is for decoration. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice view during the day, at night nothing is lit so you can't enjoy the balcony. Comfortable beds, they are not box springs. Sheets and pillows mainly yellowed, old, stained. Cleaning is very basic, under the bed was disgusting. Breakfast is correct, not very abundant. We had dinner once at the restaurant. Delicious dishes, limited menu and some dishes were not available. It is worth highlighting the attention of the waiters. Always kind and attentive.

Beautiful facilities but lacking maintenance, the garden was quite neglected. As for the rooms themselves, impeccable. Very good breakfast. Very good attention. THE BEST, the pool and its bar
