The hotel is super conveniently located. Train station, bus station, historic dockyard, spinnaker tower are all within walking distance.

The bed was moving constantly. Was on wheels with no breaks on. Very uncomfortable 2 night sleep. We was told to put towels under the bed to stop it moving. I suffer with a bad back as it is and barely slept a wink all weekend. Absolutely awful!

Good oyster in Portsmouth The hotel is close to the outlet and close to the fish monger with super fresh seafood

It was good, really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the staff are really nice and the hotel is quiet and peaceful

Amazing location for family fun around, shopping , restaurants, everything at one place, cheaper then London outlets, breakfast has no more options for vegetarian.

A perfect place to rest your head for a trip to Portsmouth. It is conveniently located within meters of Gunwharf Quays which is a good place to spend some time shopping or eating at the fantastic selection of shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning with all of the favourites including hot breakfast, cereal, fruit and yoghurt, coffee and tea. A very pleasant stay.

The air conditioning is non existent! We were allocated a room at the end of the block but had to ask to be moved because the room was so hot and we couldn't open the window as it was screwed shut. Thought the replacement room was slightly better but only because we could open the window. The whole hotel was very warm and there is obviously a major problem with the air conditioning, that's if it's actually on? Other than that, we were happy with our stay and the hotel is in a great location with favourable hotel parking prices.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice. Breakfast is excellent and helpful staffs. Great customer service. Will visit again.

Shopping trip to Portsmouth so it was convenient to stay at the hotel exactly within the outlet premises. Bed was comfy, bathroom all okay. No complaints and would definitely stay again.

Very good hotel is just the double beds are too small and there is plenty room for a bigger bed
