Hotel New Marble Reviews

The room is dirty. We can see a lot of dirts on the mattress. I do not recommend for everyone.

Nice hotel, Great location just 3 mins walk from Yamagata Station. Many sightseeing attractions nearby the hotel too.

The minor problem is that the door lock is very difficult to be unlocked. There is instruction to turn counter clockwise but it looks like sometimes work sometimes don’t work. Otherwise excellent.

It was very simple. We were asked to bring only what we needed: a gown, razor, and toothbrush. As other people have written, there was something like a stain on the futon, but the sheets seemed clean so it didn't bother me. I booked a twin room, but for some reason I felt like I got a triple room. The room was spacious and nice. Other people have mentioned that the heating was cold, and although it is certainly difficult to fine-tune, it wasn't cold and I was able to sleep comfortably. It's very close to the station and the location is easy to find, so I think it's the best value for money. The lock was old, but it had a certain charm to it. Thank you very much.

Arrange 3 triple rooms, comfortable. However, the water temperature for showering was low on the first day, but it has improved after feedback. On snowy days, the air conditioning in the room is not on, so I always feel cold, but fortunately the quilt is warm.

It is about 4 minutes away from Yamagata Station. The room is very comfortable, but the door is heavy. There is a microwave across the lobby on the first floor that you can use. There is a car rental shop next to the hotel. Opposite the hotel, you can eat Yonezawa beef and 7-11. Shopping, very convenient

It was a smoking room, but it didn't smell like cigarettes and was very comfortable! Also, the towels were very fluffy, it was the first time I'd ever seen such fluffy towels!

The building seems to have been renovated, and it is very clean and nice. However, although there is a washlet, for some reason it did not work. I can hear the door opening and closing in the next room, but I cannot hear anyone talking. There is a hair dryer in the room, but please bring your own women's amenities. It is conveniently located near the station, and I was able to use it at a low price, so I would say it is sufficient.

I parked my car at the nearby JA Parking. There was a sign for New Marble on the contracted company, but when I asked at the reception, I was told that they were not currently under contract. I was disappointed. I was concerned about the stains on the futon, but the sheets were clean and I was able to sleep comfortably. There was a sturdy electric kettle, which was helpful. Overall, I thought the service was worth the price.

There was a strong smell of smoke, probably due to a problem with the air conditioning system, but the service was good and responsive.

It was an old hotel because it was cheap, but the location was good. I think it's enough for a place to stay.

I was very satisfied with the price and location. The lobby was sticky with oil, so the carpet in the room was also very oily. There was no shower curtain so the toilet was soaking wet. The towels were also microfiber and not very good. I was satisfied because it was good value for money, but I guess it's run by a foreign company so all the staff were Asian.

Everything was good. Reception is only open from 3pm. Otherwise everything was good

It was so dirty that it was hard to stay.. I went there because it was the only cheap place in Yamagata Prefecture, but it was a bit lacking. I recommend paying a little more and going to a more expensive place.
