I would say that this is a terrible experience staying at a beachfront accommodation. Both the condition of the room and the service from the accommodation are bad. Once is more than enough. 1.) Check-in time 14.00 hrs. At 13.50 hrs., I called the hotel front desk to inform them that the check-in was a bit late because of traffic jam. > > No one answered all 4 calls. Then we arrived at the accommodation at 14.30 hrs. We booked 3 rooms. One room was ready to move in. The other 2 rooms were not ready. We stood in front of the room until around 15.00 hrs. and it was still not finished. So I asked the housekeeper why the room was not finished since the guest checked out at noon. The housekeeper replied that there were not enough people!! 2.) Then we went to sit on the beach first and went up again to change clothes. When I walked into the bathroom, I slipped. My knee hit the edge of the bathtub. The floor looked like it had been treated with detergent but was not flushed. So I used the water hose to wash the floor myself again (If it were my parents who fell, I would not be very happy). 3.) Come to receive the food coupon Can't choose the time, breakfast is only at 09.30, they said there are a lot of people. We told the front desk that we woke up early, they said there is only one round. Then we called to ask to postpone the time for this round, the staff said it was possible, but there was no seat, so we had to stand and wait!! (Wait, we didn't come to ask for breakfast.) Then Trip.com coordinated to return and said that it could be changed to 8.00. 4.) The room condition is very bad, old, smelly, not as advertised at all, the floor is black and the bed is full of dust. Booked 3 rooms for about 4,500 baht, the quality is not the same as the price. In the bathroom, there are only 2 bars of cheap soap. 5.) The swimming pool water is very cloudy, salty and bitter at the same time, it should be a salt pool with a lot of chlorine. 6.) The towel is very black. I think it's a foot towel. There are pictures for you to consider. Review based on real experience.
