I live this place. My kids have si much at rge pool and bbq. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are always clean. We have stayed here 2 tunes and we have ni complaints at all. . We will definitely be back soon.

Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at CIS in Portland. My husband and I both came down with the flu. We look forward to staying at CIS in the future.

Rooms weren't bad had an old smell but.... hey! for a night you cant complain, the showers were clean and nice and the breakfast was good 👌 I'm sorta a picky person so for me to stay there..... nuff said!

Rooms are usually very clean & if available, you may be able to check in early which I love because I may come earlier than expected so that’s a plus. The staff is really nice, never really have any complaints when I stay & this will be my fourth time staying I think.

I take the grand kids here often for an overnight stay. Food and service is good. Staff has always been professional and accommodating, The rooms need updating and minor repairs. 

We are sadly disappointed.  Things are in need of major help. The smell was musty and heavy, they had air fresheners in the rooms to cover it up. Lobby was filled with men for the ”Happy hour” of free beer. AVOID. The curtains were falling off,  the toilet was loose, my feet were black from the carpet and the bathtub had rust stains in it. Country Inn and Suites use to be such a nice hotel but more and more we are staying at ones that are a serious disappointment. I think Country Inn and Suites need to rethink their business.
