Poor service! Deduct money randomly! Deposits are collected every day, and we collected US$200 in 4 days and haven’t refunded a penny yet! Fortunately, Ctrip is responsible and is still urging the hotel to reply!

Although the room we stayed in was very clean, and the beds comfortable, the hotel is showing its age. The tub had chips in the porcelain, and the shower curtain was hard to close to prevent the floor from flooding when showering. There are not enough plugs in the room for all our electronics, especially since the USB ports in the lamp between the beds were not working. Also, one of the elevators was out of service. The breakfast had a lot of choices, but the eggs and biscuits were out when we got there and it took a bit before it was replenished. Because of that we chose the cheese omelets, but they weren’t hot and were chewy. The sausage links could be improved due to an extremely tough casing which was difficult to cut through. The pancake maker was a nice addition. The employees at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I gave 4 stars because the room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the employees friendly and helpful.

It was a one night stay but the hotel and the people that work their were so friendly and helpful. My daughter and two grandkids went to the pool that was heated and just great. The best part was in the room the hot water was fast (didn't have to wait for it to warm up) and the shower was perfect. For the employees that work there from the front desk to the housekeeper but especially the breakfast lady made sure that we had everything we needed and help remove some of the plates that was on the table.

This was our second stay here, both times with two rooms, and to be honest the hotel itself is fine.  Our first visit was great. Unfortunately this time though the hotel manger, Zdenka, was completely derogatory towards a paraplegic guest that was in one of the rooms.  When I went to speak with her regarding the situation hoping to give her a better understanding of the situation It didn’t even seem to matter.  I  have never heard anyone ever speak to or about a disabled person in such a discriminatory way in my life.  The more she talked the worse it was and changing stories as well.  At one point she asked who I even was to be speaking to her about this.  When I advised her I was his sister and also a paying guest.   She looked disappointed that she had to even speak with me which I’m sure is because I repeatedly called out her contraindications as she was making them. Never once apologizing for her actions but repeatedly justifying herself.  Made me wonder how many other mobility impaired guests has she treated like this and there wasn't someone else there to speak up for them and their rights.   I even had other staff members reluctantly tell me she was speaking about him regarding the situation but were afraid of getting in trouble by her.  Sadly 3 other staff members showed far more compassion, understanding & empathy towards the situation than I believe she ever could.   Completely  appalling & unprofessional!
