It's a good place to rest quietly. I came here as a couple and it was nice~~ I want to visit again~

It was perfect for a quiet vacation in the city. They picked me up by limousine between the Douglas Hotel and Walkerhill, and it arrived sooner than I thought after calling, so it wasn't too inconvenient.

Customer satisfaction was high.

As expected, it was a good choice. As expected from a hotel chain, response to reservation changes is quick. You can always make a reservation with confidence. The rooms are also good.

The room was clean and the facilities were great.

아내 결혼 기념으로 방문했는데 밖에서 같이 할 엑티비티도 많고 실내에도 심심하지 않게 즐길수 있는 게 많아서 좋았습니다. 뷰도 좋았고 서비스도 좋았습니다.

직원분들도 모두 친절하시고 조용한곳에서 넘무 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다~~😃

호텔 내부 청결도나 뷰 같은 부분에서 만족함을 느꼈지만 친절도나 호텔의 홍보와 같이 성인들의 호캉스라고 보기에는 부족한 면이 있던 것 같습니다. 다양하고 많은 곳을 머물렀지만 재방문의사는 처음으로 없는 호텔입니다. 그냥 숙박용 호텔로 적합합니다.

Since day one I arrived with my girlfriend, I was so impressed with the unbelievable service and caring I would like thank you for all the staffs especially Mr.Chi Hun Kim !!! Who genuinely service excellent service with care to me and my girlfriend while staying out here ... He attentive kind efficient and courteous from arranging everything since day one to the last day out here ...Room is beautifully appointed and any particular request is very quickly answer and respons e... I would be very glad to return here for my next visits here .. such an incredible service here !!! Thank you Mr.Chi Hun Kim again to made my holiday so happy while visiting Douglas House

Thank you to all the oppas and jingguks that made our stay memorable. From the scent of the hotel to the beautiful interior and the kind oppas, we are so grateful to have spent 4 nights with you. Annyeong and may we meet again! When taking a taxi, the taxi stops at the main grand walkerhill hotel. You can then choose the shuttle or walk 150m to Douglas House. Staff was helpful to arrange for rides, so we didn’t get a chance to take the public transport out.

Walkerhill Douglas House was great! For my first time in Seoul, it was a little tricky because I think that the people who stay at Douglas House may be more locals coming for a staycation. So for a little bit, I did feel slightly out of place. But the staff's hospitality made up for it, and they were all welcoming and helpful. Douglas House is a little further away from the more touristy places, but they do have a shuttle that takes you right to the subway. The gym is in the main Walkerhill hotel, so you will have to either walk or take a shuttle to it. The rooms were immaculate and spacey! Douglas house was a perfect place to adjust to the time and acclimate to Korea. I will stay here again on my next trip to Seoul! 고맙습니다!
