The view from the front and back was great, and the spacious parking lot, deluxe room's modern facilities, and refrigerator were all great. There was an elevator, and electric car charging was available. The a la carte dishes were good, and the dinner course menu, including the salad buffet, was all satisfactory. The price was also reasonable. If I visit the Cortina d'Ampezzo area again, I would visit again~

It was very good. I thought I was in Cardinala, but it was not true. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the room, and the restaurant tastes great. It met all the expectations before the trip. The man at the front desk was very considerate. When we took the wrong route, he chased us all the way out and told us the right direction.

Disappointing. Very aged and dated. In definite need of an upgrade. Great position for the slopes in cortina. Ski in and ski out which was the biggest plus. Also the ski hire in the hotel was excellent with up to date boots skis etc. Also, regarding skiing, the hotel is una great spot for some nice easy blue runs to start the day. Also very picturesque. Unfortunately, the hotel is dated. It is a 3 * hotel at best. However, does provide the necessities and warm comfortable sleeping conditions. Food is not good. Stodgy, essentially inedible dinner food. Poor tasting, heavy heavy, carb laden, fat laden food. Service is not ideal. Some quite aggressive staff that are quite unhelpful,

I recently went to villa Argentina and it was such a disappointment. The walls in the rooms were really thin and as a result, lots of exterior noise could be heard and was hard to sleep. The hotel had no spirit; it felt cold and empty. The common spaces were not welcoming. Some of the advertised memories (gym, sauna) were not usable. It was a half board hotel but the dinners lacked love.

I’m certain this was my last experience with 3 star hotels. First there was something wrong with the booking system and we got double instead of triple renovated room. I know that these thing happen, and they were really kind and gave us another room. However I was deeply confused when I was told that our primary room was renovated. Nothing seemed remotely new. Soundproofness was non existing. I can understand that it’s an old building but there was zero mention of quiet hours and our neighboors were super loud late at night. Called reception and they did nothing. Also it’s beyond me to understand if you renovate and are deeply aware of poor soundproofing, why don’t you make isolstion? And why don’t you put pads under the chair so that everyone 3 floors below doesn’t wake up? Loaction was great for us, a bit away from Cortina and the sights outside fantastic. First room was also badly cleaned. I don’t know if there’s a different cleaning lady on each floor but it was a big difference. In first there was so much dust, that all our belongings were dusty. Breakfast is okay, always the same but food is not really tasty. And bread didn’t seem fresh at all in 5 days. Also the lift didn’t work on our last day. It took us 3 days to figure out there is another set of far better pillows in the closet. That is something that should be mentioned by the hotel, since it’s a really nice thing to have. Heating was also working, which was not needed and couldn’t be turned off.

Older hotel outside of the city with most guests being Italian rather than other Europeans or Americans. Rooms needed updating but were functional. Breakfast had lots of options. Located near a ski lift outside of town.

We enjoyed staying 2 nights here...super comfortable rooms and we had a corner room with a deck and a view in 2 directions...modern and very nice bathroom too. But we especially enjoyed the food, both the breakfast buffet and the a la carte dinner (wow for the chicken with almonds...had it 2 nights) served in the bar area. Staff were very nice and helpful. Also there is a huge outdoor area with lounge chairs and chair pads to sit out there in the sun and totally enjoy the views in all directions! This is a very special setting for morning and sunset photos and only 20 minutes from Passo Gaiu if you want to go up there for sunset photos which we did one evening.

Hotel is on very good location, has very nice and clean rooms (with very comfortable beds), excellent food (plenty optios for breakfast and 3 options for 3 course dinner, each evening was delicious) and pleasant stuff. Garage for bikes, closed parking for cars, ebike renting, adorable meadow with deck chirs, wonderful balcony view.

We had 6 lovely nights at Hotel Villa Argentina. Our room was in the old block but it still had a great view & I loved having the doors that opened onto the balcony, giving us inside - outside living. After mountain walks by day, what luxury to soak the weary bones in a hot bath at the end of the day. The hotel is old & traditional with friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast is exceptional.

Old well refurbished building near to ski area over Cortina. Excellent staff. Rooms clean. Connectons to fill bateries of our cameras available. Everbody on our group of photographers is happy with stay in this hotel. May be dinner can be from 19 o'clock i.e. half an hour earlier.

Weekend in the snow with a one and a half year old child. All the staff and I mean all, super attentive to the child. From the lady in charge of the floor who left us an extra large towel for him to the reception. A special thanks to the waiters who always set the table for him too with everything necessary for a child and to the chef who prepared food for the child.
