It’s a decent room with affordable price! But unfortunately it’s located a bit far from main road and you have to take stairs.

Breakfast is good for the price. The location is awesome if you like old town, heavy Asian traffic and crowds. The room needs renovation.

The hotel is a bit small but cozy, clean, and convenient to visit the city. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and healthy. We have a good experience here and will recommend our friends and family to book again ♥️

A pleasant stay with a window. Breakfast was sufficient, would be nice to have good and proper coffee at the breakfast though. Both Chloe and Lily were amazing receptionists! Good location. Great for a weekend stay.

Location and reception is good. The restaurant staff is u friend. Our pick up at 7.10am but breakfast was not ready, we had some fruit in the restaurant, the pick up bus is otw n d staff refused us to pack bread , very disappointed

The staff was very polite and accommodating, they gave me recommendations of where to go when I asked. Very good room. Clean and comfy. Great aircon and well-maintained.

The staffs are truly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They give assistance the best way they can. The room is always clean. They have a wonderful breakfast. Well recommended to those who love to stay in Hanoi.

We were very disappointed with the hotel’s servicr and amenties. 1. When we ask for more water and pillow, they said they couldn’t provide 2. Language is a barrier esp night shift staff 3. Room is provided on a floor with no lift. I hurt my foot and they still couldn’t provide a room with lift and expect me to walk up to 7th floor! 4. Door lock is not working. It’s using old type of key. Very outdated. 5. Generally it’s not satisfactory.
