I had a great time! Beautiful atmosphere. The pools on top floor was a really nice place to hang around with amazing view. Maybe a little bit to few sunbeds.

I was shocked that at a five-star hotel, such an unacceptable incident could occur. We had a deeply disturbing experience during our stay. Around 9:30 AM, someone from the property unlocked and opened both our front door and bedroom door without any prior notice, permission, or request from us. We were still asleep when this happened. We did not request housekeeping and there was no sign indicating otherwise. This was a serious breach of privacy and made us feel unsafe and disrespected. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any accommodation setting, let alone a serviced apartment.

This hotel was booked for my engineers, they commented on how clean it was and how friendly the staff were.

very nice pools with a total of 5, hv live music in the evening. The tourist guy tell us that this is the most popular hotel in summer for Palma. I would defly stay here again in summer.

Great stay with great food. Some of the staff are not very friendly, and many look very tired. But hotel itself is great with amazing people serving breakfast and dinner, they are making your stay very pleasant.

This is a very cool, beautiful and comfortable hotel, 18+, I highly recommend it, you will like it! Breakfasts are delicious, there is prosciutto and champagne. Comfortable pools, those on the roof with a stunning view. Daily wet cleaning (I have something to compare with, in another 4-star hotel they only swept the dust). There is a beautiful clean beach and a bus stop nearby - you can get to Palma or the airport without problems. The only thing that was annoying (not related to the hotel) is the party zone on the coast, the area next to the hotel is very noisy and crowded, a lot of drunken cheerful youth, but this noise does not reach the hotel, you can sleep peacefully.

It's worth investing a little more in a hotel and enjoying everything with quality. The only drawback was the pillows. We had three each, but I didn't adapt to any of them.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very polite and helpful, the room was clean and exactly like the photos. The breakfast was really perfect and offered a variety of options. Different pools with different views as well as the sauna and spa area make for a wonderful experience.
