Rooms was ok, bifg apartment, restaurant also ok, nice staff, friendly workers. Only some issues with the security at entrance, who start around 23:00 o´clock. He approuched me in bad way, was little a bit arrogant, rude or maybe racist.

This place is absolutely fantastic, spotless, cleaners in your room every day, rooms at that are spacious and very tidy. I would highly recommend 👌

Its a bit far from the beach, but other wise is perfect value for the money!

Good location, about 5min taxi to main area or 12min walk Clean rooms, good balcony, great swimming pool Supermarket opposite the hotel as well as a small store inside Decent entertainment Value for money, would stay again.

Good location, most of the waiters are warm and friendly, the room is big, but the decoration and supporting facilities are a bit old, the room wifi is charged extra, and the signal is very poor after paying for it... There are a lot of mosquitoes, even during Christmas, you need to prepare mosquito repellent.

Good hotel, varied breakfast, daily room cleaning and on request I recommend it

Nice hotel even though the room didn't have any windows Small but comfortable bed. The service was left to be desired as one day the room was cleaned while the other was not

Excellent hotel everything you need for a short winter break . Rooms were a good size and clean . The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool area was well looked after and family friendly. There was a lifeguard on duty everyday just in case.

Cannot recommend highly enough!! So glad I ignored the negative reviews. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, yes probably a little dated but everything you need ,lovely hot showers, and we were lucky with a balcony getting the sun all day. The staff were brilliant, so polite and helpful. The pool area is great and especially if you have the kids, the entertainments guy worked so hard all day to entertain the kids and adults alike! We were self catering and a huge Mercadona opposite was ideal. The sea front is about a ten minute walk away so quite accessible. Would recommend to friends and family.

Just back from a week here and have no complaints! There are 3 different routes you can walk that take you directly to the golden mile, into las Americas and in between both to the beach. Hotel itself was clean and comfortable, fans in the room are good for keeping the room cool and they stay on when you are not in the room. Staff were friendly, security guards on duty at night so feels safe. Pool is shallow throughout and clean. The entertainment guy was so lovely too gets everyone up and involved but not pushy whatsoever. Kids play park is mainly in the shade&good amount of umbrellas etc. we went when it wasn’t too busy and there was a bit of “sunbed wars” so I’m not sure what it would be like in peak summer but the bottom floor apartments have sun loungers in the front garden area. WiFi is 25€ for 2 devices for one week in the room and free at reception. Tv remote was free so had use of the tv which had a good selection of channels. Would definitely come back but request a ground floor room to save any hassle with sunbeds. Pool opens at 9am and closes at 6pm, there are signs up everywhere saying a towel doesn’t mean a sunbed reservation but people don’t listen 😂
