Fantastic stay! The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The customer service was outstanding—staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. Highly recommend!

They let us to check in at 9 and they were so friendly. It was clean. The breakfast was ordinary.

We had a pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Zurich Centre. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The restaurant’s breakfast buffet was superb, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Zurich!

Very close to the train station- a 10 minute walk. The room was very clean and spacious, with all amenities including a hair dryer. The aesthetics of the restaurant/breakfast area was very beautiful and a wide variety of choices for breakfast.

Walking distance to the Zurich train station about 15 mins. But with heavy luggages it is not a easy on the up slopes Cleaning of rooms is only done once every 3 days.

Good location just 5-10mins walk from the train station, easy access to downtown and old town, breakfast was great.

If u r single travelor, this is ok. They can help u store luggage. Too noisy as next to main road. Breakfast selection is good. Tram stop in front get to most places

Location: very central Amenities: very good. Even have self laundry services and self ironing Beverages: have free coffee and hot teas ( take as many as u can)

Receptionists are friendly. Clean and quiet room. 15 mins walk from main train station. Breakfast is yummy with a good choice of fruits.

Pros: Location is not that bad, walking distance to train station and tour bus area. Free coffee and tea and lobby. Need room key to tap in the lift to go to your level. Room is rather spacious. Cons: rooms are rather stuffy, we had to borrow fan. TV is spoilt. Meh: free luggage storage but no security. They just give you the pass to store your luggage in their luggage room yourself. Collection also the same (anyone can take your luggage). There is a mirror above our head, abit weird.

I was in Zurich for work, and staying at Ibis was convenient for me and my customers. We were near the train station, which made traveling for us very convenient and accessible. I'd stay here again when I return, especially that it's near the old town and the main station.

Limited amenities and the room was quite small, no aircon so the room was stuffy. Managed to get a portable fan.
