Fabulous hotel, very clean and the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with housekeeping service everyday. Pool are is very big and kept clean on and off all day with plenty of sunbeds.

As lots of people have said before, this hotel is in a great location, it's very clean and has great staff who all work really hard. The downside is the food or lack of it, if your not in the qué at 6.30pm forget it as the food doesn't get replaced and most of the meat dishes are very undercooked and cold. We went out for something to eat and come back for dessert at 8.15pm, the dessert table was desolate, 2 pieces of melon, not even a cracker for the cheese, absolutely shocking. We went privilege and the upside was that breakfast each morning was in the al a carte Italian which was good. The entertainment on an evening only lasts for 45 mins so don't build your hopes up. If we were to return to this hotel I would only go bed and breakfast as the food in the restaurant is not good and the burgers and hot dogs at the pool bar are all warmed up and you wait ages. Ive never been to an all inclusive hotel that doesn't provide any snacks after 6pm and no crisps just nuts all day. What a shame as this hotel could be great if it wasn't for the food.
Response from Property: Dear Suer880, Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting our excellent location, cleanliness, and the hard work of our staff. We are always pleased to know that our team has made a positive impact. Regarding your concerns about the food, we would like to clarify a few points. Our restaurant offers a variety of dishes and desserts from the opening at 18:30 until closing at 21:30. In fact, many of our Spanish guests usually dine around 21:00, and we do not receive complaints about a lack of food at that time. If you were unable to find food at 20:15, it is likely that others arriving at 21:00, as is common, would face the same situation, but that is not the case. We do our best to ensure that food is replenished and available throughout the service hours. It is also important to highlight that we are not an all-inclusive hotel. We offer a variety of meal plans to provide more flexibility to our guests. As a result, we do not offer snacks after 18:00, as our restaurant opens at 18:30 for dinner, and most guests come to dine rather than have appetizers. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and are committed to continuously improving the dining experience for all our guests. Sincerely, Assia F.

stayed here for a week stayed in pool view room 2047 when 1st arrived going down the corridor was a little concerned as paint chipped off the walls and all around the lift thought this is nowhere near a 4 * but room was lovely looked renovated although abit of mould on bottom of shower screen one light and bedside socket didn't work. lovely pool view though. hotel itself was spotless around swimming pool bars and reception area but the dining area a big let down i have been to a lot of all inclusive and although the food was very tasty there wasn't a lot of choice compared to all others i have been to. the dining area is like a canteen no organisation at all. every evening meal no matter what time we went we walked around for 15 mins trying to find a clean table and had to ask someone to clear and lay a table for us . half the time no plates and had to ask for a plate. no organisation with the food layout. it was all over the place instead of all the hot foods together so everyone walking around trying to find things half the time there was food missing and you were waiting for it to be brought out and same with the puddings sign saying what the puddings were but empty plates .but breakfast and lunch spot on they don't seem to have enough staff at dinner times there were 20+ tables waiting to be cleared. and a couple of times if you wanted to be in a quieter area away from the chaos it was shut off .entertainment of an evening quite poor.went in big bar area one night flashing lights and music playing but not 1 person in there . other bar wasn't any seats and had to que at the bar for 20 mins . day time entertainment was quite good though.overall it was a lovely hotel and would recommend but really need to sort the dining area out it lets the holiday down.

We have just returned from this hotel. We arrived on 2.12.24. The hotel itself is lovely. Lovely and clean inside and by the pool. The pools are lovely and look very inviting. However, sadly they are freezing this time of year. They aren’t heated like other hotels in the area. We went in the baby pool on the first day and my 2 year old was shivering in under 5 minutes. We took him swimming in the indoor pool everyday for a little bit. This was still cold but not as bad. The hotel is in a lovely area. We walked to the beach and the harbour most evenings. The breakfast is lovely! Lots of hot and cold options and was just perfect for us. I loved the little extras such as fresh smoothies being made and chocolate frappes being put in jugs on the side to help yourself. Breakfast was our favourite. Lunch was also great! Fresh steaks being made with hot broccoli and mash on the side. Dinner, not so great. Mild food, some very cold, the drinks system is so confusing. You need a ticket every single evening as you enter and can only have 1 drink each (we were all inclusive). The rooms were lovely and cleaned daily. The fridge is small but does the job. The balcony is slippery with the tiled flooring on the ground floor. So be careful if you have children. We had a few slips even when he had shoes on. The balcony furniture is white plastic furniture which is dirty and very outdated. But this wasn’t too much of an issue. All in all I would return if we were B&B and in the summer when the pool would be warm for our child. Was sad to see the pool completely empty most of the time when the weather was so lovely and warm.

We enjoyed a lovely week here as a family of 5 (all inclusive )at the end of May 2025.We had two rooms that were both lovely and extremely clean. We were spoilt with endless toiletries from showers caps to body lotion, toothpaste to conditioner. We had a fridge in our room which was filled with beer, water, bottles of coke, kitkats, oreos and nuts. The rooms were cleaned daily. Most staff were extremely friendly and very hard working and appreciated it if you tried to speak in Spanish. It does get very busy at the start of the evening buffet which opens at 7 but by 8 it has quietened down.I think those with young families rush to eat early hence the business.Food disappears quickly but is all restocked within minutes. We all found something delicious do eat for breakfast, lunch and tea.Breakfast had a fabulous range, everything from cooked breakfasts to smoothies,cakes/breads to food platter.I don't know what people eat at home, but if you can't find something that suits your taste that is on you,not the hotel. Entertainment was okay, average like most all inclusive hotels. There is a daily 2 hrs kids club for 7 and under and everyday they get the swimming pool water mat out which is very popular. Download the H10 app and it will tell you all the activities whilst there there was aqua aerobics, drumming, cookery sessions, yoga, lots to choose from. You can also books the 2 a la carte restaurants on the app too.All the extra bars etc were fabulous,we loved the huge milkshakes at Mike's coffee shop. The outdoor pool is fab,you get good views across the pool and it never got stupidly busy.It has a heated kids pool and slide too.The indoor pool is heated. Location is great,10 mons to the harbour one way and 15 minutes to the marina the other.LOADS of shops, cafes, restaurants etc nearby.Lovely walks to be had first thing in the morning and last thing at night. The beach is 250 metres from the back gate, the sand is fine and water is gorgeous. For me the only thing that stopped me giving 5 star was the lack of things for an 8 plus year old today BUT if you are happy to walk, explore etc, your child will not be bored at all. Finally, never been to a hotel where the staff are so hardworking.

Had a fabulous week at this hotel with my partner and 17 year old son. We'd been told it had been cold and raining before we arrived but the sun came out for the whole week. Ideally located halfway between the harbour and marina so we could walk 15 minutes in either direction along the seafront and found some lovely bars. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, although the 2 evening bar staff in the Vintage Bar were not so friendly and quite miserable. We were all inclusive and although there was plenty of choice at meal times, there wasn't enough of each dish on the counter so it ran out quite quickly. The poolside entertainment team were really lovely and worked hard to involve the adults as well as kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a superb location. Plenty of amenities nearby. Communal areas in hotel are very clean and well maintained. Our room was large and well presented. However we did have a leak from the room above and it ruined some our toiletries the floor was very wet which my husband nearly slipped on during the night. The manager did deal with the situation professionally and sympathetically. We moved rooms and we were compensated. Breakfast in the hotel was lovely plenty of variety. However dinner was like feeding time at the zoo far too many people not enough staff running out of food and the uncleared tables very off putting . I think a better plan could be put into place. Stop letting people in till tables are cleared and food is replenished. I would rather wait and walk into a tidy restaurant. Dinner wasn't an enjoyable experience although the food was ok. I would stay at this hotel again but not during half term

The Lanzarote Princess is a fabulous hotel. We normally go twice a year. We have just returned and enjoyed holiday time watching the animation team entertain younger children. Not necessarily a choice of hotel for teenagers. Food great, show cooking done on request which my hubby loves. Some rooms have walk in showers and some have baths with shower. Request which suits your age group and ability. The Princess is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful. I always join in aqua aerobics!!! I have many years of photos of me in action. Great location. We have been many times and no doubt will be returning in the future.

Just back from a fantastic family holiday with old and young. Our rooms were together on the ground floor and were really nicely decorated with great fans and air con. We stayed all inclusive which we definitely made the most of. As with most buffet’s, you won’t like all of the food but there is plenty of options and something for everyone. Loved the ‘cheesy bites’ in the Cactus bar. The entertainment team, (especially Reuben, who made everything so much fun), were fantastic and we loved taking part in lots of the activities that happened in and around the pool. The hotel is in a fantastic location. A 2 min walk to the beach and then turn left or right for lovely walks along the promenade/restaurants/shops and harbour. Would definitely stay here again

Second time here. Really great hotel. Probably the biggest single hotel (It is not a resort), we have stayed at. It’s on the sea front - just need to cross a road to get to the beach. It’s a 4 euro cab drive to the marina or 40 minute walk. There are other places to eat nearby, even a pub if you want to eat out. We were upgraded for free to a Junior suite which was huge and lovely and had a walk on shower (which we had originally asked when booking). There was a nice stocked bar too. And the chiller is included in the price. The only downside of the room is that although we had a side view of the sea, it was mostly of a building and they were carrying out some works. But don’t take this as a negative. We did have an issue with a leak under the bathroom sink - 3 times, but was immediately seen to. And we were given a bottle of cava as an apology. The pools are great although even though it was 23c, it really was too cold to get in! There is an under cover pool which is warmer but not very big and did get crowded. If you could make the outdoor pool heated (until end May) that would be great. Evening entertainment is great and you can be treated to two different acts every evening. Drinks are good quality and there is lots of seating all around the bars and hotel. Everywhere is exceptionally clean and I strongly recommend Mike’s cafe for great coffee and drinks and having the little birds come to your table! There is a good choice of food. You can have grills every night and there are daily food themes. Although food gets replenished- sometimes you have to wait and other times the platters cook quickly. However there is a microwave available which I used a few times. I could go on. In short, highly recommend this great hotel. Hopefully plan to return next year. All the staff are helpful and smile. Thank you Lanzarote Princess for another great stay.

Well after reading most recent reviews I was a bit dubious about coming . The hotel is lovely , yes parts are looking a bit tired but most public areas are clean and well maintained.there are loads of staff all working hard . The bars are quick to serve even if there are queues, the entertainment in the evening is good , getting people up dancing . The Cactus snack bar has lunch time snacks , there was a half hot wait on a burger but this was due to only one staff member on duty . The main restaurant is buffet service , yes food could be warmer but it is plentiful , there is an issue with plate replenishment that does not seem to be being addressed by management. I have also tried la dolce vita Italian restaurant which was fabulous food and service . Drinks all are branded which is unusual in an all inclusive as they usually save money on non branded . Would I return yes , as there is no major issues as far as I am concerned . Room is large and I am overlooking the back of the hotel again this is ok with me .
Response from Property: Dear Honey C, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are delighted that, overall, you enjoyed your stay and appreciated important aspects such as our dedicated staff, the quality of the beverages, and the entertainment offerings. We are also thrilled that you enjoyed the food and service at our La Dolce Vita restaurant. We understand that you encountered a few areas for improvement, such as the wait time at the Cactus Snack Bar or the temperature of the buffet dishes. However, we believe these isolated situations do not reflect the overall standard of quality we strive to provide. We would like to highlight that we have established procedures for plate replenishment and hold regular meetings with our team to optimize these details. Regarding the facilities, I’d like to inform you that we carry out ongoing maintenance tasks to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. We appreciate your mention that there were no major issues and that you would be willing to return. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back and exceed your expectations once again. Kind regards, Assia F.
