Excellent service, extraordinary facilities

The view was superb..the room was nice & clean and the foods are delicious .. we enjoyed swimming at the pool

Breaking was ok.There was a plastic wrapper in the vegetable.Service was good but there were no hand soap in the room.I was so confused.

Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was above average. The infinity pool is what most people are after and it's not bad. Service is poor since they told us that there's a maintenance window from 11 to 1-ish for the outdoor pool, but they did not tell us that the changing room would also close.

Great view from the room and the swimming pool! Super friendly staff! Great playground for the kids too.

Great hotel.

Very good choice, The parking lot is a bit far. But there are shuttle buses. It is recommended to put your luggage away before parking. There is a beautiful infinity pool. It's really beautiful at dusk. It's worth going. The hotel is located a little off the beaten track. There are few restaurants nearby. But overall it's a great hotel

The best hotel in Kenting! You don't know how good it is without comparison! This hotel is warm and every staff is very happy to serve the people who come to the hotel to stay! Only the best is better

You can see the sea view directly outside the room door. Seeing the endless ocean is refreshing. There are many beaches nearby, and the sunset is beautiful during dusk.

It is very suitable for those who just want to waste time in the hotel. The breakfast on the first floor is quite rich. Dinner is at Wat on the second floor, which is a set meal. We ordered one Chinese and one Western dish, which were quite delicious. The cost was about 500 yuan per set. After dinner, we listened to the live concert.

This experience really touched me... Before checking in, the service staff thoughtfully asked me if I wanted to prepare a bathing chair for the elderly. I thought about it and asked the hotel staff to prepare it for me! This was indeed a wise decision, allowing me to give my 90-year-old mother-in-law a bath... I am also very grateful to the hotel for providing such a service! There were not many guests staying in the hotel, and the hotel deliberately kept some distance between us and other guests so that we would not disturb each other at all... It was really a pleasure to be able to comfortably overlook the sea on the balcony, drink tea and eat snacks with my family! At 8:30 p.m., the hotel provides happy hour service for all guests. We can listen to the wonderful live singing and share cocktails or other drinks with everyone, which adds extra points to our vacation! I am very happy that we were able to successfully stay at Kenting H Hotel this time. My husband said that this is a hotel that focuses on the guests' experience, which gave us a wonderful accommodation experience on this trip.

Everything is very good, the activities are well organized, and the service staff are very friendly. The location is relatively remote, which makes guests want to stay in the hotel all day. But the food is not that good. I hope the food can be improved and taste better.

I like the sea view room in this hotel very much. The scenery is really beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. Living here makes me feel that life is beautiful. It is really a very pleasant vacation.
