Amazing hotel Service is top Close to beach only 2 mints walk Friendly staff

Our room is a one bedroom plus a living/dining room, small kitchenette, and two balconies.  Location is just a short walk away from Patong beach.  Since the hotel is not right on the busy street, it is quiet at night.   In terms of breakfast, you can find a lot of yummy foods, it also serves a good selection of tropical fruits.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a surprise that the hotel staff prepared such a lovely set up for our anniversary. The location is good and easily accessed to the beach area. As we spent most of our time on outdoor activities, we didn't have time for their facilities. Will definitely return back again for our next visits. However, the hot and cold shower needs to be improved as it takes much longer time to be adjusted.

The hotel was located perfectly next to Chinatown and right across the road from Chinatown MRT station. The room was clean and all the facilities worked well. The bed was large and comfy. Would definitely stay again if I were in Singapore.

The location is very good. But it is the only good thing about this “APART”. Breakfast not good, rooms are not clean and very noisy. Stuff is not care about customers. Even when we go for check-in, nobody come and offer to take luggages.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but hotel was in need of renovation, pictures on trip are most likely from when hotel was built, now allot of damage on walls and from water leaking in to walls. Shower was almost broken an water came out from sides instead of shower head. Still it was a pleasant stay due to the personal that was extremely helpful and friendly.  But don’t spend money on big room with pool access, it was not very inviting.

The location is very good, close to everything interesting. The service is ok, but you have to pay extra for ordering food in the hotel. You pay for the food, the delivery and also taxes. You can't see the total amount before ordering, only after the food got to you. Very disappointing, you think the pizza costs 220 Baht but then it becomes around 350. Other than that, the service is good and pretty fast. Although they got 2 numbers for requesting something and usually you dial the wrong one. The jacuzzi doesn't work, no one told this to us until we decided to use it on our last day, then we called the front desk and they said it's actually broken. Why it's not written down? The only reason for anyone to get this room is the jacuzzi. The cleaning is good, didn't need to ask to change the sheets when needed. They also wipe off the floor (saw it myself). The amenities are bad, they're very very basic and if you want more than 2 bottles of water, you have to pay extra for it. Never have I heard of a hotel which asks for extra charge for a bottle of water. And of course the bottle is overpriced by a lot. They also provide a bus at certain times to take you to the mall which is about 20 minutes walk. That's basically it.

This resort may look good and decent from the pictures shown in this platform and other booking platforms, but it is actually very dirty and disgusting. My partner and I have gotten the charm suite and we were very happy when we entered the room. All things looked fantastic until we wanted to use the jacuzzi. There were algae in all of the pumps.. We thought that that is fine since there is still a bathtub to use. Our worst experience started at night when we wanted to sleep and we found that there were bugs/larvae(?) everywhere in the room as per the picture attached. (Couldnt upload a video on it as it is images only) We asked the front desk and they sent housekeeper to our room and the housekeeper dare said that "no bug" "no bug" while squishing them dead. We demanded for a change of room and was told that the resort was fully booked, so we got a downgrade instead. We asked for the refund of the difference in price and was told that they could not do refund and offered free set lunch and dinner coupon. After the trip, we contacted trip.com customer support and requested if they could do the refund difference and they got back to us saying because we have gotten the free meal coupons, we cannot get the difference refunded back. IT IS NOT THAT WE WANTED THE COUPONS IN THE FIRST PLACE. WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANY REFUND WHICH IS WHY WE TOOK THE COUPONS!! STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Go for Sheraton or Graceland instead as they are just side by side.

Good location as its near Patong Beach but slightly off from the super busy area. Parking friendly with couple of car parking spaces under the basement. Breakfast might not be the best but you have plenty to choose from. Spacious room, facilities are ample to use. Good cost value.

First of all...I will rebook again. The location is excellent...directly across from Patong Beach but far enough away so you do not hear traffic noise. The breakfast is awesome...and always changes...the only downer is the bad Americano coffee....so bring a French Press and make your own. Always service with a smile. The only negative...beside the coffee...is the hot water would cool off every few minutes then heat up again. The tub was big enough for 5 people ...but you could not fill it with hot water. A pretty good gym...a great roof top pool. A good place to stay....enjoy!

Perfect for the 4 stars hotel💯 value for money. We enjoy our stay😃 we like the breakfast buffet. Nice location for the one who wants to stay near the beach. We recommend this hotel 😃
