We’ve spent marvelous time at the hotel. Everything is perfect about the place. Rooms are clean,the bed sheets are changed every day. The hotel is not crowded with people, it gives you an opportunity to relax and enjoy your time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is a la carte, everything is tasty and beautifully served. There are plenty of shops opposite the hotel where you can find fruits, smoothies, massages, and there is 7-Eleven in 2 minutes walk too.

I am happy with my deluxe Seaview room, which comes with full amenities needed for my stay. The reception & service staffs were courteous & efficient. I have to complain. This 3,000+ hotel is really the same quality as a 300-yuan hotel in China. When I booked the hotel, I saw some comments saying that this houseboat hotel is of the same quality as a domestic budget hotel. But I saw a lot of good reviews at the time, so I still booked it. I don’t know where those good reviews came from. It’s really a rip-off. It doesn’t match the price. It was booked for more than 3,600. A family of 3 was traveling. One room was only for two people, and one more person cost more than 700 yuan. That’s equivalent to 4,000+ per room. A budget hotel’s quality of 4,000+ per night. I really don’t know if this price is set by the platform or the hotel. It seriously affected my mood for vacation. Although it is on the beach, the beach environment is very average. There are too many people and the hygiene is also poor.

The hotel is in a great location, next to Kata Beach. You can have breakfast while looking at the sea. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can pay for an extra bed if you bring a child. It costs about 200 yuan per night for a child, including breakfast. The facilities are a little old, but overall it meets expectations and is well received.

Although I only stayed in this king-size bed room for one day, I felt very good. First of all, the room was not humid. Then there were welcome fruits, cheese and biscuits, as well as chocolates, desserts, etc. in the room, all of which were free. The hotel service was very good. There would be service staff to take you to visit the hotel and tell you where to eat and where to go to the beach. Kata Beach is really beautiful. In the morning, the water will be close to the hotel. It is really very close. In the afternoon, the low tide is about 10 meters away from the hotel. The sand is very fine and the water quality is very good. The waves are a little big, which is very suitable for surfing. Many people surf there. The hotel's swimming pool is a little small, but very clean, and there are relatively few people in the hotel. In short, it is very recommended! Compared with the Sheraton Hotel where I stayed before, first of all, the room is not humid, which has already won most hotels, and the cost performance is really high! By the way, because we had a friend join us temporarily and wanted to stay in our hotel room, the hotel asked us to pay the difference, which was about 2,600 Baht, but put another bed in the room, and all the things were equipped for him. Breakfast was ordered, and it was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful and clean. In short, the experience was very good!

Service: Very professional and thoughtful service. Because we are on a honeymoon trip, the hotel not only prepared the decoration in the room for us, but also sent desserts and daily fruits. My wife likes to eat rambutan very much, it is delicious, like it 👍🏻

The level of service, the quality of cleaning, the food, the views and the location - everything is perfect! Great concept, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The hotel is mostly English and a little Chinese. I will definitely come back again!👍🏻
