Great place to stay. When we arrived at Yufuin station we gave hotel a call and the pick up arrived in 5mins.

It is far from Yufuin Station and you must take a car to get there. The hotel will provide pick-up and you can call them when you arrive at the station. The room is a bit old, but clean, and comes with a private open-air hot spring. The booking type includes the use of the family hot spring, but it's nothing special. Breakfast and dinner are both very rich, and the staff will come to the room to make the bed during dinner. Finally, the staff was very friendly and the experience was great 👍

I was tied to a room with a private hot spring As of 12/9, there was no space to wash inside, but there was a private hot spring outside. I thought, how can I wash? It must be cold.. but I was able to wash because of the hot spring. Since it was a private hot spring inside the ice, I went to the hot spring more than 3 times a day!!! I was embarrassed to go to the large bathhouse and wash, so I just enjoyed it in the private bath. All the 60,000 steps I walked in two and a half days disappeared! Kaiseki was ordinary💜 The pick-up service from the station is until 5 PM at the latest and is available every hour! Since it is on the outskirts, you must take a taxi or shuttle bus to get around! (Uber is absolutely not available.. If you are taking a bus tour and are getting off at Yufuin, don't book this accommodation..! I got off in the middle and was able to do it..!) The meal time is 6 o'clock, so if you don't check in before that, you won't be able to eat😂 However, they run a shuttle bus when you leave the accommodation, so you can get to Yufuin Station relatively easily! The timings are 9:00, 9:30, and 10:00. Since many people leave at the end of the day at 10:00, I recommend taking the 9:30 bus, which is the most spacious (10-15 minutes to Yufuin Station). It would be a good idea to leave your luggage at the carrier station and go on a delicious restaurant open run! + The staff are very friendly (There was a female staff member who could speak Korean while I was explaining the kaiseki)

I am very satisfied with this stay. The hotel environment is very clean and tidy. The private hot spring has a great atmosphere. You can see the stars at night and the blue sky during the day. It is so beautiful. I will come again next time!

The hotel has a quiet and elegant environment, one night and two meals taste good, the family hot spring is free to use, you can not book the in-room hot spring, because the outdoor soup and family hot spring is enough.

After arriving at the station, we called the hotel. In less than 10 minutes, the hotel's shuttle bus arrived at the designated location to pick us up. The room was quite large, and the view outside the window was also good. The store manager spoke very fluent English with almost no accent, and the information he gave was clear and concise. The waiter's service during the meal was also very attentive, and he would give a closing to each dish.

My husband and I went to Yufuin and Beppu for a hot spring and relaxation trip, and we chose Yufuin as our first accommodation and it was a very satisfying trip! If you're bored in a room with an open-air hot spring, take a dip, drink beer in the evening, and even after waking up! I enjoyed the hot springs to no end. I loved the clean environment without any floating objects, so much so that I could tell they kept running water and paying attention to cleaning. Although it was different from the cloudy sulfur of Beppu, I could feel that the water was nice here as my skin was soft all the time. As seen in other reviews, the staff spoke English so there was no difficulty in communicating and they were very friendly. This is a small view of Mt. Yufudake. I had a really good rest!

Actually, when I called the accommodation, I suddenly had a brain freeze and couldn't say anything, but I was grateful that they asked my name first. Thank you for upgrading the accommodation as well❤️ After finishing our stay, we took a pick-up car and were on our way to Yufuin Station. The driver must have received a call that someone had left their cell phone behind, so the driver turned the car around and headed back to the accommodation. I had left my cell phone at the dorm. I am so grateful and I feel so sorry to others. Thank you again🍀 Dinner was difficult because there were dishes that didn't suit my taste. I enjoyed breakfast :) But my boyfriend must have left his AirPods at the dorm🥲

It's very convenient to live nearby. There is also Blue Bottle. But the bed is small and soft. If you don't mind the bedding, it's a good hotel. The male receptionist at the front desk is super nice. Worth recommending

Since the flight was delayed, we didn't arrive until very late, but the hotel still came to pick us up at the station. Thank you very much! The food was also very good! The private hot spring bath is exactly like the one in the anime, and it happened to be snowing, so my dream of enjoying the snow and bathing in the hot spring came true💯The snow stopped and it will be sunny soon, which is great! We were sent to Yufuin the next day, which was very convenient❤️

We stayed here as a family of five. We were greeted politely when we arrived, and although the room was not new, it was well-maintained and clean. We were thrilled to see Mt. Yufu right in front of us from the window! The whole family was mesmerized by the view for a while. The food was also really good, so delicious that even my elderly mother ate it all. They were happy to accept extra rice, and I was impressed by their strong desire to satisfy their guests. There was a room bath (not a hot spring), a family bath that did not require a reservation (you can tell if it was in use by the sign on the outside), and an open-air bath, and the water was lukewarm (summer setting?), so we were able to enjoy it at our leisure. During our stay, we enjoyed a luxurious and relaxing time. I have stayed at other inns in Yufuin before, and I would say that it is an area with high overall satisfaction, but this inn is one that I can recommend because it conveys the spirit of hospitality.

A hot spring hotel with good service. The private bath in the room is excellent. The water quality is like lotion. The dinner is of high quality and the waiter introduces the food one by one in fluent English. Highly recommended for couples who like tranquility and want to soak in the hot spring comfortably.

It was nice that if you called from a public phone at Yufuin Station, you could be picked up by a bus. Thanks to the person who spoke English, we were able to communicate, and everyone was friendly. I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. I was also very satisfied with the private hot spring in the room. I had a good rest.
