The room is very big~ but the furniture and design are in the simple European style. Maybe it's because the hotel is older. There is a musty smell in the corridor. The restaurant is well decorated, bright and clean, and the food is mainly bread, salad and fruits. I also want to share something. Because I checked in that night, a lady knocked on the door not long after. She spoke neither Chinese nor English. I didn’t understand her and didn’t dare to open the door at all. It’s better to be cautious when going out.

The hotel management is very weak and the employees only master their language and do not know the basics of working with tourists. I have traveled a lot and to many destinations. I have never asked for a pillow or sleeping cover and they responded to me after a long wait. There is no way a hotel classified in this category could have a sleeping pillow in addition to... The old, dilapidated furniture and carpets in the hotel are dirty, and the room service is very weak. The sheets are not changed, the used towels are not replaced, there are no Kleenex in the room, and when you ask them for any service, no one responds, even the bags. There is no service for unloading the bags, and there is no baggage handler, and the hotel does not. Takes into account people with special needs.

We arrived in Astana for 2 days on a business trip. We chose the hotel based on its location - in the center. And from the photographs it seemed normal. In fact, it's terrible. I have never seen a worse hotel, and even one that claims to be 4*. The rooms are terribly dilapidated, both are falling off, the bathroom fixtures are old, there is rust, there are huge patches on the carpeted floor right in the middle, there is trash behind the bedside table - a piece of paper or a wrapper, oh my God it’s funny..... everywhere along the ceiling along the baseboards - with the naked eye You can see blemishes, scuffs, and dirt that they didn’t even really try to hide. The TV didn't work - they called a repairman. The bathroom light did not turn on. The water in the bath is leaking - puddles. I’m silent about breakfast - it’s not breakfast - everything is poor - porridge, pancakes, and they can still cook scrambled eggs. There isn't much choice. And again, there was some kind of carelessness and untidiness in the common room and on the table. In general, it is clear that the hotel has a weak management team and they keep everyone weak and “**** off”. Thank God, we only spent 1 night - no more.
