The hotel is located on a noisy road. At night, cars drive through the streets revving. Young people hang out near the hotel and disturb the peace and quiet. Breakfast is very poor..........................................

The claustrophobic room, it seems that they have divided the room into two rooms and they have placed the bathroom too close to the bed. I couldn't stay two nights in a row. It seems that you are in a cellar. The people at the reception are friendly and the cleanliness acceptable .

Lousy rooms. No heating. Problems at breakfast due to limited space, small quantity and large influx of people. There are no closets in the room, they are not properly isolated from outside noise and overlook a gas station or an avenue.

Difficult to get to because the metro line is closed, it takes an hour and a half by public transport to the center of Madrid. I arrived and the television didn't work, they didn't do anything with the excuse that it had rained, surreal. I live in a third world country and I had never heard an excuse of that nature, not even in the worst hotels, in short, I thought that by staying at a chain hotel I would have a guarantee of good service.

Comfortable, clean and quiet hotel. Reasonable price, friendly staff and super willing to help you with whatever you need. Hotel open 24 hours a day, with 24-hour snack service in case you are hungry at any time of the day, there are also a couple of restaurants nearby that you can walk to, they have a vending machine, a buffet breakfast that is great for €7 you have variety and you can eat whatever you want. They have underground parking for €7 a day and an area available to park on the street for free if you want too.

The worst experience in hotels for more than 20 years. When making the reservation, the characteristics of the room are not explained well, we were confident that our room would have at least a hair dryer, a clothes iron and that at least the room would be cleaner, well no, our surprise upon entering was that the room was full of moisture on the walls, the floor was dirty, the shower was moldy and the bathroom was tiny, because you couldn't even sit in the toilet since it is so small that you hit your head on the door, the walls are of paper, every time a neighbor sat or lay down on the bed in his room, it seemed like they were going to go through the wall. The parking is expensive €7/day, and also small, now I understand why the entire entrance and exit ramp is marked by rubbing from cars. For a hotel chain managed by the sheikhs of Paris Saint-Germain, we expected more glamour. In short, a bad experience, we will not book in this type of hotel chains again.

Response from Property: Dear guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your opinion with us. We would have liked you to have a better experience at our hotel and that is why we took note to improve the points that were not to your liking. We have both a dryer and a clothes iron at the reception for those clients who request it, and can offer it to them at any time, since the reception is open 24 hours a day. We are sorry that the room and our parking did not meet your expectations. Every day we strive to offer an exceptional experience to our customers and it is clear that this time we were not able to achieve our goal. We would appreciate it if you would give us another chance and you can be sure that we will try to do everything possible to ensure that you have an excellent experience at our hotel that many guests have already had the opportunity to enjoy. Sincerely, Cristina M.

We reserved a room and left it paid. In the comments we reported the time we would arrive (we arrived 17 minutes earlier than planned). Once there they excused themselves saying that due to a failure between shifts, they had given our room to other people. They sent us to the 4th floor to solve the problem but... The room reeked of tobacco and we made it clear that we are smoke-free. The smell of the shampoo and gel smells like a dandy baron who throws things away. The duvets were not very warm. On the website it says parking included and once there they tell you that it is 7 euros. Touch your balls! Absolute disaster. Of pity. You will not see us in another ibis in your life.

We spent one night in this "hotel" because we did not find availability in other similar ones and the experience was not good. Location: in an industrial estate. Building: consistent with the location, it looks like an industrial warehouse. Cleanliness: not even fair and dog smell both in the common areas and in the room. The establishment accepts pets, which is very positive, and, precisely for this reason, cleaning should be much more intense. Breakfast: fair, fair, fair; Little quantity, little variety and little quality.

Far from the center, distance from bus and metro. We were 2 in the room every day you had to go and ask for towels as there were only for one person, the justification was that one towel per person was distributed which is totally false as many other people in a single room had 2 towels. In addition, the magnetic key did not work 3 nights out of 4 and every time you had to go downstairs to have it reactivated
