Two connecting room tiny but good bed, and comfortable and I like the area to walk around not far from all convenient store.

Great location and room size. The condition of the aircon is not so well as the water dripped from the air con. The noises happened when other rooms open and close the doors.

Pillows are fantastic 😍 and you have free Coffee, tea, banana and cookies everyday and every time😊 They also provide free water . staff were good and kind. Location is not so good, you need take a taxi to go to many places. toilet and bathroom could be cleaner and bathroom is too small, however room was big with a big and useless balcony (without chair,table and even smoking permit)

The Blu Monkey Phuket is an average hotel. The beds and pillows are good and we had a good sleep night. We don't like the breakfast, because there was only on option of western food. So, for 01 night this hotel is good.

The room lacks soundproofing, so I can constantly hear noise coming from the hallway, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom needs a thorough cleaning, and the breakfast isn't even served as a buffet.

You may think you get for what you pay for accordingly to the pricing.. However, others which I have stayed before with the same level of pricing are actually better in every aspect.. It is a very competitive market though...

The price for the hotel is cheap. So maybe you get for what you pay.. However, it is very competitive in Phuket where some others hotel offering such price but are better in every aspect.. I wouldn't say it is too bad but same price others better by quite a leap.. Cause I have stayed in others before, thought of trying some place new... But, hmm...

Fast confirmation & good pricing for this accommodation by Trip.com. Swift check-in by reception staff & room was ready as requested. Room was clean, basic aminities & comes with drinking water. Only problem was the shower gel & shampoo was not topped up by Housekeeping personell. Luckily we brought our own & did not bother to request since it was only for one night stay.
