7Q Patong Beach Hotel Reviews

Location is excellent and very close to the beach. About 3/4 min walk. Room size and bed size were good. Veranda was unusable and no view from room. Breakfast was below average and some foods were properly kept for days without being changed. Only 2/3 items are eatable. Room was not cleaned properly, even not cleaned one day. Bathroom was ok, bathtub was unusable. My overall impression or rating is average.

I recommend this location for single or friends. Best for long stays with a nice looptop pool.

The fact that I don’t need to go to the lobby when. I extend my stay they automatically activate your card that’s a big yes ang they have many more to offer the pool view was fantastic ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Upon chech in, the hotel front counter gives me an impression they are not friendly. Maybe they are not good in English that's why they just smile. The sound insulation very bad. 4am so much noise from upstairs (swimming pool). 6am very noise from the corridor. Door closing n shouting n talking.

Had a fantastic stay at 7Q Patong Beach Hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The rooftop infinity pool was definitely a highlight, offering breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. While some areas could use slight updates, the overall experience was excellent, especially for the price. If you’re looking for a well-located, budget-friendly hotel with great amenities, 7Q Patong Beach Hotel is a solid choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

We were very impressed with the 7Q Patong Resort and would totally recommend it to anyone. We had a wonderful stay there and would totally stay there again. We wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the gorgeous view from the beautiful swimming pool on the 5th floor rood as well. The beds were super comfortable, the room was a good size. Good bathroom with hot water shower. The mini fridge was nice to have too. Perfect location close to the ocean and beach in Patong. Lots of restaurants, shops, 7-11s, massage nearby too.

Hotel had bed bugs would not recommend staying there also they wouldn’t give a refund just wanted to change the room

Swimming pool and a good rooftop sitting area with a view, is the main attraction of this place. Rooms are clean in general but beds need to be better and clean regularly. Staff speaks broken English and it's difficult to request for stuff. Location and price wise it's a good deal.

Good place to stay near the beach. Just 2 to 3 mins walk. 7 eleven and a minute away. Location wise great and pool is the best part here. Rest service a bit disappointing. No bell boy or service post 5pm and rooms are a bit old.

I don't expect hotels to be physically perfect, but I do expect service to be good. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and honest. They found my valuable belongings and contacted me immediately, even though I have already departed Thailand. I requested for my items to be destroyed and they did the honest thing and video called me showing the destruction. I am very grateful for their integrity and responsiveness. I would recommend this hotel not for the facilities, but for the service.

Very close to the beach and walking distance to the center. Good and helpful staff and clean rooms. 5/5
