Very good apartments, large rooms with a kitchen with everything, all rooms with a view of the park, pool or pond, very well-kept territory. We stayed for 8 nights and during this time we paid 1328 baht for electricity, they offered two cleanings of the room, but we took one and it was enough. The walk to the sea is 15 minutes, to the nearest store and restaurant is also 10-15 minutes, or you can get there by local shuttle.

Great hotel! I really enjoyed staying in the renovated room, although the room size was smaller, but comfortable, stylish, freshly renovated in the Alamanda 2 building! There is everything nearby - our favorite area, close to the sea, shops within walking distance, a Thai cafe in Alamanda 1 Family - delicious, with reasonable prices!

Good inexpensive apartments in Laguna. Green neat territory. We lived in building 3 in a room with a view of the pool: a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, washing machine, refrigerator. Living room with a dining table and four chairs, a desk, a large sofa and a plasma about a meter or a little more diagonally, a balcony with furniture. Bedroom with a double bed (hard mattress, low-quality pillows, nice bed linen), built-in wardrobes, a safe, an ironing board, a smaller balcony. In the bedroom there is a bathroom with a shower, liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel are provided. It is obvious that the room has been recently renovated. The price of the room does not include and is paid additionally for electricity according to the meter 8 baht per kW and final cleaning 1300 baht. For 4 nights for electricity we got 136 baht (used the light, microwave, air conditioning in the evening). The apartment is located 10-15 minutes walk from shopping streets and the nearest 7eleven, or 5 minutes by free bus. But it's a pleasure to walk, as this is the only place in Phuket where conditions have been created for walking, jogging, walking with animals, etc. The reception is not open 24 hours, but from 08:00 to 17:30. Overall, the stay left a good impression, if only the mattress and pillows could be updated.
