Located close to the beach and a 7/11, on a street full of restaurants and cafes. Despite the loud exterior the room was sound proofed and had all the expected amenities. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet and the water replenished daily was a nice touch. The reception staff were happy to help with local advice. Overall, very good value for money.

The room is spacious. The staff is friendly. Special thanks to Sanny. He helped me buy additional luggage from NOK air through the call center!!! The room has two tiers. On the second floor there is a bed, a TV and two armchairs with bedside tables. On the first floor there is a single bed, a sofa, and a TV. Tea accessories - a kettle and two cups. Coffee bags daily. Refrigerator, microwave. The dishes include 2 small plates, one bowl and two cups, forks and spoons. On the second tier there is an air conditioner, on the first - a fan. There is no balcony, clothes were dried on hangers by the open window. Hot water in the shower is normal. A sign must be hung up for cleaning the room. Cons. The windows overlook the street with bars. Music until 1 a.m. Sleep only with earplugs. The entrance to the hotel is through the restaurant. Entering from the beach through the restaurant is not very comfortable.

A good option near the beach. Entrance through the restaurant, had breakfast there a couple of times, the price is a bit high, but it is tasty and convenient to go down in the morning. The street with the restaurant is noisy at night, so ask for windows on the other side, but be prepared for a view of an abandoned building

Although the room conditions are average, there are no disposable toothbrushes and combs, but it is clean and tidy. The most important thing is that we arrived at around 12:15, and we were allowed to check in immediately after checking in, unlike other hotels where you have to wait until 2 o'clock. When you leave the room to go out and play, you can also leave your charging devices to charge without power outages, which is very satisfactory. I stay at this hotel not for the first time, I like everything, especially the proximity to the beach and visiting another hotel where there is a swimming pool with a view, a gym and a spa. But this time, in room 112 there is a very unpleasant smell that is impossible to air out. An ugly view from the window. Very good small hotel in terms of price/quality. In the room: air conditioning, kettle (tea, coffee), refrigerator, TV, lots of closets. Large bathroom. Missing some kind of towel dryer. Cleaning every day. Wonderful staff. Good restaurant downstairs. Lots of cafes and massage parlors around. 5 minutes to the beach. Would stay again more than once.
