They can deceive you with the size of the room. You book a large room and they put you in a small one even though you've already lived there for 2 weeks and know the sizes of all the rooms. The water flows weakly above the third floor.

Location is very good, close to the night market. There are many restaurants and local places around which is good point. The room was and internet was fast. There were no loud noises at night. We rested well.

An amazing place, centrally located with super kind and nice staff. Rooms are cleaned daily. Great.

Noisy fluttering of temporal cover next to the window causes disturbance throughout the night. Neighboring buildings less than a meter away so all kinds of noise could be heard.

I stayed for seven days and had a small problem this time. There were mosquitoes buzzing in the room which disturbed my sleep. Fortunately, it was dealt with on the third day. They cleaned every day so I lived very comfortably. I once wanted to change hotels but couldn't bear to give up its convenience.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with basic facilities and a river view from the window. It's just that the shower area is dark at night, and there are two bottles of liquid in transparent bottles with no label at all. You have to feel for yourself whether it is shower liquid or shampoo...  (We were too lazy to ask the staff). The hotel is very close to the night market, only two minutes away; there is a convenience store opposite, and there is also a small King Kong supermarket in the night market; we can also walk to Boracay and bring a cushion to sit on (all the sun loungers are for hotel guests) You can go into the water if you use it exclusively). The water quality is very good and the wind and sunshine are beautiful. The hotel is cheap, has a great location, and is very clean and well-organized. I personally think it is very good. PS. The orange noodle shop next to the hotel is also very clean and delicious. 

City center...the famous night market is nearby. Lots of cafes...good, kind owners.

The hotel is small, the room is clean, there is no curtain in the shower to separate the shower, not very convenient. The refrigerator, air conditioner, hair dryer are working, no complaints, there were no problems with water. There is a paid minibar in the refrigerator. The TV catches Russian channels. The hotel is located next to the night market, there are a lot of shops and cafes around, public transport stops in both directions are also nearby

I chose this hotel because it was close to the night market! It was very clean and just like the photos! There was a kettle, and 2 free bottles of water if you didn't have cold water. The shower and toilet are in the same place, so the floor gets wet, but if you wear flip flops it's not a problem. It was a really nice hotel, but the only disappointing thing was that the shower didn't have hot water. It was hot, so water was okay... The pho at the restaurant in front of the hotel was also delicious. It was raining, but the hotel staff was kind and lent me an umbrella, and the service was good. I was a little worried, but I'm very satisfied!
