Sunset Town is not well established yet. There’s no internet connection in town. you have to go to a restaurant or hotel for Wi-Fi. It’s not very tourist-friendly at the moment. The hotel staff informed me that the air conditioning in my sea view room wasn’t working. They arranged a transfer to their sister property, Sakura Hotel, but the sea view was blocked and there was a strong smell of renovation. However, the staff were polite and provided good service. I would recommend it once the area is more developed.

Pros: Overall, our stay at Roma Hotel was pleasant. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a makeup mirror. As a delightful gesture, the hotel waived the extra person charge for my youngest son, who had just celebrated his 6th birthday. The location of our room was ideal, offering a fantastic view of the nighttime firecracker show. From the balcony, we could also enjoy the breathtaking sight of the deep blue sea and the Hon Thom cable car. The breakfast spread offered a variety of choices, and the taste was satisfactory. Cons: Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the free cable car tickets included in our booking. I had made the reservation last year when the promotion for complimentary tickets was active, meaning we were still eligible this year. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 PM, we were informed by the receptionist that the tickets could only be redeemed before 3:00 PM on the day of check-in. This meant we couldn’t claim the tickets for the next day and had to wait until March 17th instead. Since we had already planned and booked tickets for the safari on that day, this was quite upsetting. Despite having contacted the hotel multiple times via email about this issue, the policy was never mentioned. Thankfully, Ms. Quyen, the hotel supervisor, resolved the situation by personally covering the cost of complimentary tickets for us. We were incredibly grateful for her help and deeply appreciated her efforts to make things right.

good things for this hotel are location and friendly staff, however, i found issues of maintenance and problems of electric & water system First night, AC didn't work well and staff told us it was normal even though we felt that it wasn't Second night, we moved to another room type - AC didn't work well again and the floor was damp so we have to change to another room again Third night, nothing was happened until we were going to check out - water system wasn't running while my friend was taking a shower. we reported all issues to staff, luckily that all staff are friendly even though some staff are barely speak english but they were willing to help It would be a nice stay if there weren't problems every single day, a bit disappointed but still appreciate all staff

Nice clean hotel at convenient location.  Every night can watch fireworks from the room window.

Very nice girl met me at the reception, i just got the room card and go up very fast, helpful staff, beautiful place, they gave me a ticket to cable car for free, and I got discount for massage, it was great full body massage. Breakfast also included

Wonderful boutique hotel at Sunset Town.. Room size is good and clean. Breakfast simple and tasty. Staff is friendly despite minor the communication barrier..

We stayed 2 nights. We booked a family room with sea view and a king room with sea view, however they did not arrange them on the same building and WhatsApp me the day before to ask if we can changed to three king room with sea views so that all rooms would be in the same building (two rooms on one floor and the other room on a different floor). For convenience, we changed to 3 rooms as suggested. The rooms are spotless clean and look exactly as photos. The staffs are helpful and polite. They gave us complimentary cable car water park tickets for all of us for the next day. The location is great for us. It's walkable distance from the Kiss of the Sea venue and the cable car station. We can see firework of the show again from the room the next day. Breakfast is just so so, lack variety and we need to ask the staffs for hot drinks. The staffs were very busy so they could not refill food. I can't complain as the price is very bargain. Great value for money. Recommend.

Excellent boutique hotel, very colourful inside the room. The room was big , it's got so many wardrobes and draws for storage lol, Shower was decent, location ok if you are staying for the cable ride and there's good value seafood buffet restaurant across the hotel, Overall pleasant stay.

Blacklist this hotel. The WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!! NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. THIS HOTEL is not recommended for tourists. They are not friendly and do not accommodate any requests regarding cabs or change in booking. Totally non-cooperative. Request everyone not to consider this hotel while booking.

The guy at the reception (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) was very helpful with all inquiries. The hotel itself is cozy and very close to the cable car. I chose this hotel in this location specifically for the cable car and Sao Beach for a few days. The city itself has a European style but looks very empty, with many buildings constructed but empty inside. This fake city atmosphere suits Asians who enjoy strolling around and taking lots of photos; hence, you rarely see European foreigners there. My verdict: the island vibe is lacking in this part of the island.
