An iconic hotel! Keep up the great work. We’ll always stay at Shangri-la PP when vising again to Phnom Penh. Check-in was simple and seamless and the room, food/drinks and atmosphere were amazing as always. Thank you to all the staff members especially Bong Kriz for the assistance throughout our stays. Would also like to highlight: - Hopefully, the swimming to be ready for my next trip. - A place that allow smokers to smoke during discussion as there was a construction on going and we were unable to proceed for our discussion at the ground floor. Perhaps can spare an alternative place for us - We used to stay at Naga with our others VIP guests. Smoking area is must if would like to compete with them. Beautiful cozy rooms. Kitchen available to order on the rooftop (15th floor). Pool with cool water refreshing at these hell hot days. Pool begins to work a bit late after noticed 9:00, no staff at the morning pool (no one may help you to expand an umbrella, it need special tool) and no bar works morning time (but I could order a coffee with a phone call to reception). Air condition in the room blows right on the bed at any position and I could not turn it off for all the night due it become incredibly hot inside. So waken up several times at night to switch it on and off. Hotel towels are cheap and the bathrobe I did not want to wear. But the shower and water pressure is good, very hot water available. I enjoyed! No European cafe around the hotel. You have to walk to get some.

This place is very centrally located. It has a casino within the building and a basement walkway to Nagaworld 1. The walkway is lined with duty free shops. Breakfast is excellent with many choices. The only set back we had was our bedroom. Every 15 mins, it makes a loud noise like the air-conditioning is going to break down but we had a good view of the river. Overall, we love this hotel. Will definitely come back again.

It was a nice hotel with an ok location. We stayed there for two nights and from there we took a tuk tuk to all interesting places in Phnom Penh. The breakfast was small but enough for vegetarians. We loved that they prepared your omelet “al gusto”. The room was clean and the gym was hygenic with a nice view. The swimming pool was small but nice. At night we enjoyed a few drinks with the view of Phnom Penh at night!

The accommodation is very comfortable, but there is a problem with cigarettes in the corridor, but not in the room. The room is spacious and the water pressure is strong. The staff is very good. They clean the room every day. Very good. I will come back to stay again when I come to work next time.

Beautiful hotel. Little bit away from the main attractions but in the main road with TikTok’s everywhere. Restaurants, market and river boats/excursions all close by. Food was great, room too. No complaints whatsoever. Staff were amazing. The pool was really nice and gym was well equipped.

Great hotel, everything was perfect. Good location. The room is amazing, so comfortable, clean and spacious. Lovely welcoming staff, very kind owner who offered to take us to the airport. They allowed us to leave our luggage for a few days while we were visiting another city. The breakfast is nice. Their evening noodle soup is nice.

I would have called it a gem, as its inside and outside (meaning the roof with pool and and bar) are really great, but sadly the staff ruined all the good impressions by almost making us late for our transport. Our early check-in was twice aforementioned and we were promised a takeout breakfast ready at 6 am. Didn't happen. At 6:20 we were ready to leave but were asked to wait 5 minutes more. To make things faster, I went to the breakfast area to find that they did not yet start preparing it. So with a little help from me they finally made it... sadly, it contained mostly bread :)

Although staff were lovely the location was not great, it didn't feel very safe and there weren't very many close food options, tourist spots etc, you had to get tuktuks. The first night we were excited to use the beautiful (it really is) rooftop Restaurant and Bar, we picked 5 items, 4 of which were unavailable including a basic glass of red wine, everything else including cocktails we ever ordered in our 3 days was also met with 'we don't have that' it was very unfortunate because it was expensive too...otherwise we would have dined every day and had drinks multiple times a day. Cigarette smoke was smelled in the bathroom often from other rooms, our towels one day were replaced with ones that smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the bell every time a room is entered also got really irritating as we tried to nap during the day or early night. Would not recommend.
