The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk set the tone for the stay. However, there is lack of amenities such as the fitness centre and swimming pool.

This is a hidden gem in Phnom Penh. At a central place and close to everything. Room is large and the bathroom has a tub of cement. Breakfast is ala carte and made to taste. Staff is friendly, courteous and always willing to help

Good and nice location to stay in.

Totally ok for a couple of nights , no elevator. Room nice size with sofa and table , bathroom is good . Breakfast ok , impossible to get scrambled eggs for some reason 😃 ordered several times but still got sunny side up.

From check in to check out, everything was almost perfect. But after check out, I had trouble to go to the Bus station.The Bus station I needed to go was not on the grab application. So I was needed to point out the location by myself on the map in Grab app. Eventhough, can find that location on google map, it was hard to point out on Grab map by pointing out due to the fact that map in grab was not that detailed like google and the whole alley on Phnom penh was so many. So I told one of the staffs to help me point out the location on Grab map that I needed to go comparing the right location on google map, but got rejected by the male staff. So shocked coz it's not that difficult request. It was just for him to help me point out the location on goolgle in grab. He just rejected just refused. So I called grab driver with rough location and needed to ask for the driver to help me find bus company that I booked with 10,000 tips. And then almost missed the bus. It should not happed to all guests including guests from Trip.com from now on.

Great 3ds 2ns stay experience. Service was commendable. Facilities were pretty decent. Did not opt for any free breakfasts hence never got to enjoy the food. Overall, will recommend this place.

King size balcony suite 305 Very large room, impeccably clean. Balcony 1 table 2 chairs. Fridge kettle tv5monde safe good wifi. The mattress is firm just right. A la carte breakfast. A little tight but good and well made with a "real" coffee. Set back, quiet, but not far from points of interest. The room was cleaned every day. There are 3 floors but no elevator. The slightly painful side when you're on the 3rd floor! The people who serve the breakfast are forbidden to smile! Where then is this their natural state? In summary I spent 3 very pleasant days.

The location is OK, the breakfast set is OK, but it is not very convenient to eat around

The room is large and the breakfast has local characteristics. It is located in the city center and there are many tourist attractions nearby. The key is that the price/performance ratio is good, so it is a good choice.

The hotel has a good location, very close to the Royal Palace. This time it coincides with the 70th anniversary of the National Day, so you can watch the fireworks show. The room is tidy and cleaned every day. The hot water in the bath is large and comfortable. Breakfast is a set meal with a variety of choices and tastes very good.

Clean hotel, welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast with a varied and good choice. Wi-Fi okay. No elevator but the staff is there to help us. Close to restaurants and shops. Touk touk in front of the hotel if necessary. I highly recommend.
